First time being there, the customer service was just rude trying to describe to me how I can order my drink. I knew how to order and he kept telling me that I was wrong. Ultimately, they made the drink that I had been asking for. The Taro smoothie w Boba was very watered down and flavorless. Wasted $10

I’ve been here twice. Both times experience was really disappointing. The drink tasted bad. Most of the items don’t have prices listed, so the first time I ended up paying way more than I expected. The second time I was careful and ordered something with a listed price and didn’t add anything extra. I even selected “no tip” on the screen, but when I checked the receipt later, I saw they had automatically added a $1.50 tip anyway, which is misleading! The drinks seemed pre-made rather than made fresh, at least mine was handed to me straight from the fridge. Customer service wasn’t very friendly.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I ordered 5 teas 🧋🧋🧋🧋🧋. The drinks were actually pretty good 👍 and tasted fresh 😋, so no complaints about the quality.
However, the customer service really caught me off guard 😕. At first the employee seemed nice, but while I was grabbing straws he started rushing me ⏳ and then said, ‘Okay there’s your drink, take it and go.’ 😳 It came off rude and unprofessional 🚫. A little kindness and patience would’ve made the experience so much better 💔.

The workers constantly scam you here they do this every time one time I went here with my friend and her sister the worker said bye 1 get 2 free so we took the offer he charged $21.00 dollars which on the price board it said $6.99 for one so they scammed us. I’m never buying from here again. The workers should be embarrassed of themselves!
I bought a mango tea here and the guy used ice from a red, personal Igloo cooler to fill my cup. That’s so unhygienic. What else has that cooler been used for? I have no way of knowing. That can’t be ok with the health department. I walked away without drinking it and didn’t ask for a refund because I wasn’t going to argue with the guy.

we asked the man that was helping us multiple times if the things he was suggesting to us were vegan and he kept repeatedly saying yes, going as far to cut us off the final time and go “yes, all vegan” then proceeded to give us a drink that clearly had dairy which was really disappointing
