They got confused after only 3 different families ordered.They didn’t even shake our tea’s so the powder they used wasn’t even mixed.The bobas were the most saucy tasteless things I’ve ever had.Worst and most expensive bubble tea I’ve had in my life.BE WARNED! I would definitely try the other one in the mall.

Went in last week and let me just say, it smelled RANK, I just chopped it up to be some of the powders or drinks they make. So I stayed to give it a try. Let me just say, it was NOT worth it at all. Once I placed my order they charged me 17 dollars and 38 cents. I got 2 strawberry teas with strawberry Boba, they told me it would cost extra for the Boba. Their prices are VERY unclear but I was fine with it, I asked for a receipt, they told me they didn't offer receipts and I thought that was odd, then they told me I wouldn't be receiving my change because they had no coins or dollar bills, which I thought was odd but I took my drinks and went on my way, the servers were rude and I just won't be returning, id rather wait in an hour long line for a lemonade from auntie Anne's ?

It was an absolute disaster. I walked in and there was a woman waiting at the cash register because the workers wouldn't give her the drinks after she paid. Then we waited to order for about 15 to 20 minuets which really wasn't that bad. But once we finally ordered we waited for 30 minutes. We were also cheated out 17 dollars in total, they didn't give correct change when my friend paid with a 50 dollar bill, she was cheated out of 11 dollars and we didn't notice untill we left. My other friend was cheated out of 5 dollars, and they told me they couldn't give me my 50 cents change back because either didn't have any small bills or coins in their register. Once we came back after we found out my 2 friends were cheated out of money we went back to get our correct change, they're were people fighting about drinks when we went in again, we finally talked to somebody about our change and they started speaking in a different language (which is fine! I just had no clue what they were saying) and they started screaming about how they took it as a tip and we couldn't get it back. But I refused to leave untill my friend got her 10 dollars back. We finally got it back, but it was a hassle.

the worker was super friendly and they had a good buy 2 get 1 free deal!! we tried the brown sugar milk tea, mango milk tea, and pink milk tea! the tapioca was warm and each drink is delicious. not sure why so many bad

This place was dumb. They had a buy one get one free section so I was gonna buy one get on free. And also purchase a separate drink. But he said we can't do that. For what reason? He was extremely complicated about it was 26$ for 2 mediocre drinks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nore will I ever go here

Completely ripped off asked for a peach smoothie and a brown sugar boba and they put the boba in the peach tea it was 12$ then I asked about where my drink was and they said I didn't order one got a regular brown sugar boba for 10$ prices were way overpriced on menu outside of the place it said 5$ for a boba tea? the tea tasted okay but not going back

Absolutely Unbelievable! A bubble tea place that charges extra for adding boba. Plus, they're not very up front about their pricing. You gotta look at a faded piece of paper to try and figure out the prices. I ordered 3 drinks and it was around $21.00. I thought this was ok, but then come to find out they only rang up 2 drinks. A little steep for a Boba Tea. Plus they only have Large cups. Then to top it off the Honeydew bubble tea and boba's lacked flavor. They also upcharge for Honeydew as it is a "special flavor". Special Flavor?!?!?!? So not only do they over charge for the Tea, but they skimp on the powder. The workers are more than happy to explain to the extra charges when you call them out on it, but hopefully you realize it before you pay. Never going back. Hopefully next time I go to Great Lakes Crossing this place is closed.

Totally bait and switch. Advertised $5.99/ tea and somehow it ended up being $20 for two teas!! They said the $5.99 was an old price (well, remove it??) The new price was supposedly $7.50 but that's just for the tea with nothing in it! So of course they need to add an additional $1.50 for boba and an additional $1.50 for whatever else is technically supposed to be in the tea to begin with (i.e. brown sugar). Skip this place unless you like dropping $20 on two drinks!
