Went to the location in The Falls mall (Miami, FL) and ordered a freshly made pretzel. After paying for the pretzel, he proceeds to make the pretzel. When I look over and watch him roll out the dough to make the pretzel, I notice that his hands and nails/cuticles are stained black. When I ask about it he says it’s from washing the dishes. How does anyone’s hands get black from washing dishes? I don’t think soap and water would turn anyone’s hands and nails black. Maybe he was washing the dishes with engine oil. So I tell him that I no longer want the pretzel and he says there’s no way for him to give me a refund. Money straight to the garbage. NEVER again!!!

Went earlier today around 6pm and I got two pepperoni pretzels, on our way home we noticed they were not cooked all the way. They were still raw in the middle where it folds

Gentleman working was not very friendly lady working the register was kind the pretzel bites are not very fresh and cheese is very plain will not be back ): it was about 25 mins till close if that was the problem don't sell bad pretzels
