This location has definitely turned around. Was in and out quick and the Chicken Flat bread was fantastic and so was the Jetty Punch! Thanks again to Zoe and Lisa!

After nearly a complete restaffing this store has taken a 180. Zoe and Ivan helped me and the service was quick and I got everything I wanted in under 10 minutes. The store looked amazingly clean.

Vegetarian options: Any food order can be changed to plant based meat options.

Dietary restrictions: The staff seems to know a lot more about this than ever before.

Workers didn't even know i ordered food. Both were very rude.

I go to this location quite a bit. Their service is lacking. They lack communication and speed, and seem to need more training . I often have to wait past the estimated pick up time for my order, often to find that my order was sitting, ready, behind the counter, instead of in the pick up area. However, everything is always made right and their GM is quite nice and will do right by you if there is a mishap.

It's been already a few times when I was waiting long for my order but today- the record was beaten. 50 minutes for 3 smoothies. I've paid at 4:25PM and I receive my order at 5:15PM after I've asked 2 times what's going on. We can say that this location needs help and more FRIENDLY and NICE staff. I don't really want to go there again and I don't recommend.

Food was great but had to wait for my smoothie after getting my food had to wait a extra 8 mins to get my smoothie and had to remind them 2 times. Maybe some extra help or training is necessary. I work in customer service and this was bad exp I've never been to this store before and won't be back

The two girls that were working tonight on the 22nd of August was very rude. Tropical smoothie closes at 9, we came in at 15 min to 9. We were met with a girl that said when we walked in "looks like we are going home at 9:30" to the other girl that was working.
Then, they took about five min to come up to us and greet us, then proceed to say they are not doing food and just doing smoothies. The only reason I came up to tropical smoothie was to get food and a smoothie and was waiting for them to take my order for five min.
Why wouldn't they just say that when I was walking in? Also, I have worked at tropical smoothie in the past, and they always cook until close. Won't be back to this location. Ridiculous.

Placed an online order for pick up at 6:44 PM. Got to the café at the pick up time only to wait 15 minutes when another online order person came in and the crewmember skipped over my order to make the person who ordered after me. Then, after 20 minutes, the crewmember told me that they did not have plant-based chicken, which I had already ordered and paid for, The crewmember, then would not give me a refund and told me to contact corporate instead. They skipped over all online orders and completed all the in cafe orders first despite the ordering times. Very unprofessional crew and not clean inside.

This place needs help!!!!! So much potential to do better. Service is so slow, employees aren’t fully trained. Customers complaining loudly about poor service. This is not the best experience.
I love tropical smoothie but I can’t come back to this one. Good luck with the manager here.

Smoothie was great. Employees, not so much. Girl behind the counter kept dropping the f word throughout the entire time we were there waiting for our order. Loud enough that my child could hear. She wasn’t saying it to customers, just venting to her coworkers about her personal life.
