Usually my favorite food at night because of a certain manager that make sure his shift is great, but today I was given a raw chicken sandwich 🤢🤢🤢🤢. This was around 830 - 8:45pm. I'm a consistent customer but ewwww

I went inside to place a order for a combo meal. We were told that, they are out of all beverages drinks, in the whole restaurant. They only had lemonade. So We ordered anyway. So when i got home and checked my food, their was a very, old and hard, chicken sandwich in my bag with old hard cheese on it, and they gave me no receipt. It's so upsetting, and i wasted about 7 dollars. This location was good in the past. Now, Some Workers don't care about what they serve you. They care more about fast service and not food quality. I realize, that some workers are overwork, but isn't a excuse for horrible service.

I've been to a lot of fast food restaurants. Where I received sub par to just bad service. Well tonight this wendys set an all time low!! From waiting at the speaker with 1 other car waiting at the windows for 13 mins before I got acknowledged. I then pull forward to wait another 10 mins before the car in front pulled out. Then I sat at the windows where I didn't get acknowledged for another 7 mins. I was returning from the hospital with my 78 year mom, she decided when we pulled in she was not in need of a drink. After sitting there for 30 mins. Her throat became very soar and she asked me to get her a water. So after getting my ice cold food, I asked for a water for her. The rude male working the window said, we don't give out water. I said ok I'll pay for it , and started to explain my elderly mom's situation. He gave me a snarcky smile and said he didn't care if she choked on her soar throat and slammed the windows shut on me, as he walked away laughing at his poor excuse of a human behavior. I highly recommend you do not patron this wendys and take an extra few minutes to go ti a different location. I myself hold the entire wendy corporation guilty of elderly abuse and will never spend another harf earned dollar in the name of wendys!!

The person working the window was friendly and courteous.
Only one car at window when I pulled up. Waited 10 minutes for them to be able to take my order. Waited another 5-10 at the window, drive 5 minutes to work and I’m not sure what was colder: the fries, the sandwich, or the ice in the coke.
So disappointing to pay over $10 for fries and a burger and it isn’t worth the wrapper it’s in.
Last time at this business.

I recently took my mom to Wendy’s, and we had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. After she placed her order at the speaker, we pulled up to the window so she could pay. Instead of a polite transaction, the employee—James—snatched the money from her hand without so much as a thank you.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, he then told her there would be a wait on one of the items she ordered. That’s fine, things happen—but what’s not fine is the completely unprofessional and disrespectful comment that followed. Instead of just letting her know the wait time, James told her to “sit back and put some lotion on.” Excuse me?! What kind of customer service is that?

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. No one should feel disrespected while simply trying to get a meal. If this is the kind of staff Wendy’s hires, they need to do some serious retraining because this was beyond unprofessional. We will not be coming back.

I'm getting so disappointed by some of these places... How can you stay in business if it takes 15 min to get a number 1 and a number 6 meal... And to top it all off, they only got it 50% correct. Please, please try to get back on track or do everyone a favor and just lock the doors :(

Got bricks for sandwiches ...Definitely old cold and for u to send it out like it's Edible. Wouldnt give it to my dog. Not alone trying to feed my two year old. Shameful... payed over 20$ oh fries where cold asf😪

Young lady at the window was complaining about being mad and wanting to leave work. I inquired about my total being so high for a $1 soda & a 4 piece nugget. I asked for a receipt because she didn't seem to care. Drove around and went in because I was charged $3.09 for the soda that should have been $1 and she didn't give me a straw. Not a good experience with service.

This place needs new management that cares,I'm a FedEx driver and drive a huge box truck and the inside is always locked ......drive thru only,like how do they expect me to use the drive thru.... Covid is over,there's no excuse to keep the doors locked

I ordered food at 11:09 AM and did not receive it until almost 1 PM. Very unprofessional. Food was cold, fries were soggy and I was only offered half of my money back which will take almost 2 weeks to receive. What a waste! Don’t order from this place unless you’re picking up your self and want to wait for 30 or so minutes even then.
