Our order was not complete. We asked for Sr drink, we do not have that here. We asked to swap chili for the fries - Biggy Bag, No we do not have that option here. We also asked for glass to get a drink of water, we do not offer that here either. It is a very good thing that we are going back home. We will NOT be coming here ever again 😒. Personal did not want to wait on us.

My food was cold today August 1st 2025 I went there for lunch I was driving at the time so I got back on the highway when I started eating my food realized how cold it was. so I give them no stars horrible service I had to throw all my food away

I used the Wendy's app to get the deal. I went inside to order and it took my order you the drive-thru window cashier. So they had to take my phone to scan it show the phone was out of my sight and I really wasn't too happy about that. Other than that the food and the service was good. It was also one of the biggest dining rooms I've seen at Wendy's but half of it was closed.

Got a pretty small order. Of a 3 doubles, fries, nuggets and drinks for myself, my daughter and grandson. Had me pull around to the front because they said it was a very large order. I was a little bit thrown off by it. The items on my burgers were not correct. I modified the orders online, removing the mustard on all three, and onions on two of them. They all had onions and one of them had mustard. The baconator fries that I ordered and paid for extra cheese. I did not get extra cheese. I barely got the normal amount.

Came through the drive thru around 10:40 last night 5/3/2025. The lady in the drive thru first of never greeted me she just yelled “are you picking up a mobile order or door dash?” I said “neither a regular order” she said “ I’m only accepting mobile or door dash orders because I’m under staffed.” I said, “can I do a mobile order and drive back thru?” She said “I hope not” so I left and went and bought a pizza at cottage inn whoever this rude and ignorant employee is needs to be fired. Nobody has manners anymore
