I'll order through the app. He said I won't be making your order for 15 minutes. We're understaffed and I look and the manager and the guy operating the drive-thru are standing on the sidewalk, I left these people don't want to work

Food was fine for Wendys. They gave me regular nugs instead of the spicy nuggets I ordered. The man who gave me my food was polite. Atmosphere was lacking. It used to be a Wendy's/Tim's, but the Tim's was shut down, so just a weird vibe. They should renovate for sure.

Walked in to have breakfast this morning, lobby was empty, 2 staff and no one in drive thru, manager rudely comes to counter and says I don't have anyone for the register and only doing drive thru. No signs on the door stating this and the lobby was open. The doors should have been locked with a sign on the door. RUDE MANAGER LADY!GO DOWN THE ROAD TO MCDONALDS AND ENJOY YOUR BREAKFAST, DO NOT GO HERE TO THIS WENDYS.

This Wendy's has gone downhill over the past 2 years. It even seems that they shifted to a lower quality of burger product. It really low quality and yet it's still better then the one on Walton near Josylan.

Ordered The Apple Pecan Grilled Chicken salad. The so called chicken is rubbery and no taste. It can not be real chicken. Disgusting I tossed it out. The $3.07 large Diet Coke was like straight carbonated water. Tossed that out as well. This is the last time I ever eat at Wendy’s.

The food was fine more surprised that I got it after being replied with “no” after ordering. I will never be returning on my worst day because the lady at the window will give you the worst attitude for no reason. Pulled my card from my hand and slammed the window multiple times. Actually had me taken back. Will be letting everybody in my circle know to never return❤️
This establishment should be shut down! Customer service and food is terrible!! I will never eat at this Wendy's again! If I was homeless and needed food, and this Wendy's was giving away FREE FOOD, I WOULDN'T EAT THERE! Franchise owner, check on your business! Get rid of everyone there and start over!!!

I just had the worst fast food interaction of my life. We drive up to drive thru to use our wendys frosty token. I say "hi I would like a junior frosty"The guy on the intercom goes "a large junior frosty? "I'm confused. Isn't the junior the size? It's called a frosty. Junior and large are the sizes they come in.I repeat myself. But he keeps getting frustrated and confused.. Eventually I agree. Maybe he just can't hear me. I go to the window he has a large frosty in hand. I hand him my token. "Hey I don't know If you could hear me. I need a junior frosty." I show him the token. THIS MAN ROLLS HIS EYES SLAMS THE DOOR AND ANGERILY DUMPS THE LARGE INTO MY tiny Junoir CUP. OPENS Window IT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD AND SLAMS IT AGAIN. I'm just like stunned like what just happend. I don't know what I did to offend someone. I wont be back. I'm too embarassed.
