Burger was old and our buns were mushy. Fries cold. We got a frosty with our meals and they only filled them half way! Not to mention the fellow who took our order was obviously new, so we were patient. He looked at the women working the drive thru for help, obviously a manager and she looked at him and said I would help you but I don't want anyone thinking I'm bossy. She did end up helping but not without a attitude!

The worst Wendy's in the state of Michigan. EVERY TIME I have ever stopped here the food sucks and so does the customer service. This time was no different. Look at my spicy chicken sandwich. It looks like paper with a coat of spicy breading. Looks like some poor attempt at an elementary school lunch

Don't bother. No customers inside yet I still couldn't get service at drive through. Sat there for 5 minutes with no service. As I was pulling away, a worker stepped out of one of the only 2 cars in the parking lot. Ridiculous. Wendy's is the next Burger King. On its death bed with poor service like this

We ordered on door dash and the takis combo meal and the chicken patty was completely raw. The order was delayed almost 30 minutes and when we called to complain or get a comp meal the phone wasn’t answered even though we called during open hours.

I got a Cobb salad and the plate is almost empty . Don't waste your money get a $8 meal instead is way better deal.Lady was friendly . Not her fault that is 8 dollars for 3 pieces of lettuce.

The food tastes delicious. The services are fast, but they did make my sandwich incorrectly. I was given a new sandwich made correctly. Overall, I would return this location and recommend them.

They where closed at 8 pm on Sunday and couldn't even open up to serve no one I was in a U-Haul truck and they couldn't let no one in damn shame lost money

No wonder no one was in the drive thru, this place is a disaster. From the pictures of the fruit flies inside I'm ready to throw up. Never again. The guy at the drive thru was rude and asked him for bbq sauce he said it was in the bag but it was not. Horrible experience.
