Worst Wendy’s ever! Gave them multiple tries but the staff is rude and if you ask for fresh food they just recook it. Terrible Wendy’s and lazy/rude staff. Shut it down.

25 degrees outside and fruit flies inside. Used the app to order and pay ahead and my drink was sold out. (Most drink options not available- see picture.
Combo meal was missing fries and nuggets but I caught the error and they fixed it. No ketchup in dispensers. It feels like they are using up inventory to close in the near future.
*update- visited again this afternoon and they got a new freestyle drink machine. There were more choices but they were still out of several options and no ice. -ketchup and silverware / napkins station up and running again No more fruit flies!

I spend twenty two dollars on food and can get only one barbecue sauce unless I pay thirty cents for additional packs. Unacceptable
