The manager , I didn’t happen to get her name, was super professional and very polite. Considering I asked for ketchup and I did infact completely miss it on the eat in counter, and instead of telling me I missed it she just grabbed me some. Haha! Sorry. Also filled up my drink for me. “Came here twice in the last week, after shopping at Great Lakes Crossing. There wasn't anyone in line, both times I used the drive thru. Speedy service, friendly employees. We have the key chains to receive FREE Junior size the entire year of 2023. The keychains cost only $2 each, it's the best deal to receive free Junior Frosty's for an entire year. The Frostys were thick and filled to the top of the cup. Can't beat FREE and fast service, along with friendly employees. I'll hit this Wendy's up in the future when I'm out in the area to get more free Frosty's.“
