Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!
Spent my entire lunch waiting for an order that should have been completed before I arrived. Never received the food I paid for

The manager called me a liar over the phone. I ordered 25 wings and I received 17. I called to ask about a refund for the 8 missing wings and before listening to me, she called me a liar on the phone. After explaining that I wasn't lying about my total, she berated me and said "fine, bring back your order and I'll refund if you're not lying."
If you want to get screwed over and gaslit about your order, feel free to order here. I've never been treated this way in my life. Go literally anywhere else.

I ordered through the app and was given the wrong order, everything was wrong! I placed my order at 10:20 went to pick up at 11 and when I got home to get ready to eat my wings my whole order was wrong, I did not receive a single flavor that I ordered, which is so frustrating since I live 20 minutes away, I tried calling but no answer like always!

Dirty, workers poor attitude, can't speak to the food, after 45 minutes waiting in house it came out wrong. Asked for a refund which took almost as long as the wrong order. GM should be fired. Clearly does not care, and the reviews prove it.

I know some of the reviews are wicked but they make my food sooooo good every time ? I’ve been coming since they opened and the wings are always nice sized and they been cooking em extra perfect this school year so far. Came two days in a row bc it was genuinely that good.
First & last visit for me. Female manager hung up on me when I called up because they forgot part of the order. Employee said it was because they didn’t have it & she said they forgot. Bad customer service. No big loss.
