Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.

I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

Hardly ever do I leave bad reviews, but for this place I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars. I came in on friday, september 26th after my football game to get a “quick” sandwich. Little did I know, I would have to wait 40 minutes for one singular sandwich. When I got it, I had to remind the worker at the register that I ordered my food, and she didn’t even tell me it was finished and prepared. They gave me a free cup, but to no surprise, there were dead flies in my drink after I went to the bathroom. The restaurant itself is very sticky, and has mold in the corners of the restaurant. I was hoping the food would at least be good, but to no surprise it was cold and hard. I didn’t even eat 3 bites of it, and I woke up this morning with symptoms of salmonella. I have been bedridden all day with symptoms that require medical urgency. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

We've ordered from this location a few times, and every time there's something wrong. Whether its the food being incorrect, bags full of so much grease its dripping, or not getting our drinks. Its genuinely so awful I dont know how Wing Stop let's this location stay open. Will never be ordering from here again, and by the looks of the other reviews, neither will a lot of people. Close this location or get new management/staff

tonight we got there an hour and a half before close and were told we could only place orders online. cool, no big deal. waited for about 20 min and went back inside to grab the food we ordered online. oh also while we waited the entire time we watched the person bagging orders up eating fries and not washing his hands once. i ordered fries w extra seasoning and they came w virtually none on them so i asked for more and they dumped the very last bits that were in shaker on my fries so pretty much less than normally seasoned. we needed more ranch so we got two at the register... after being told we cant order at the register. once we got home one of our eight piece meals was a six piece and everything was garbage. will travel the extra five min to go to the other location on auburn and rochester next time.

maybe it was the day but wow the place really changed, its clean, the employees are nice and seem to actually like their job, I think the could talk to the customers a bit more but well done.
