Went in for a late lunch early dinner we understand it was busy with the polka but we waited 20 minutes for a beer and a water it never came so we left without ordering any food seriously disappointed with the service or lack there off

Walked in and ended up walking out after being ignored by staff. Granted it was a busy time of the day but between the dirty looks of staff and rude patrons it was not a welcoming atmosphere.

We went there on Tuesday night for their tacos. They were delicious. Great food, and hospitality. Definitely suggest others try it out as well. They run food and drink specials everyday.

I am very disappointed in this establishment. My son and his family, purchased a gift card there for my birthday. My husband and I went there to eat last night and used the gift card. They charged us the credit card amount and not the cash amount. This is a gift card my son paid cash for. After bringing it to the attention of the waitress, she went to speak with the owner. She came back and said, that it was a card and that’s how they do it. We still disagreed to this and she went and got the owner. The owner came out rather angry and with her wallet and said, “I am giving you $2.10 from my own money, but this is how we charge on our gift cards. I am sure this is illegal in researching the gift card laws. Hopefully, when we go back they will change how cash their own gift cards. If not we may have to pursue further action.

Currently sitting in the hotel, we've been here since 12:10 and it's now 12:51 and we still don't have food. 2 of your 4 orders did show up finally as I was typing this and 1 of them was wrong. The other 2 still haven't showed up. The service is atrocious and coming here was a complete waste of my lunch break.

Stopped in the other night to pick up a burger for dinner. Had a rum & cola while waiting. There was two waitresses working, I delt with both, not knowing which one was assigned to my table. Both were very friendly & made me feel welcome, both were working hard but smiling the whole time. The burger I ordered was delicious and made the way I wanted. Thank you Auburn Hotel, I'll be back!
I haven't had a bad meal in this place and I've eaten most of them. The service is just as great as the food! I'm a fan.

Great place with good service. Ordered broasted chicken dinner. It was tender but VERY salty. I assume that came from brine solution. Overall a good experience.
