We always enjoy BK. We like the big king combo meal. It's a great taste for a great price. This was our first time at this BK, and like others we've been to, the people are friendly and efficient and most importantly, the dining room and restrooms are clean.

Been unfortunately going here for months, the disappointment gets worse each time. If the order is correct it will have taken a minimum of 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Most of the cashiers are crass and snippy. The woman said they're going to open 45 minutes later than usual, yet they close hours and hours earlier than before. Try McDonald's next door

Polite service, but the slowest I've ever seen. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, 4 cars counting mine. Ended up being late for work and didn't even get my order because they took so long.

Friday 5:30pm on a September night with the local high school homecoming game in town. Drive thru was at a standstill so I went inside to order. Only ONE cook and only ONE person running counter and drive-thru. I felt awful for the workers, and angry at the managers and owners. If you don't have the workers to run your restaurant, then get your butts in there and help, or close the restaurant. I wasted my time here. I left the restaurant and went elsewhere. I will never go back.

Older BK that needs a good deep clean, but was happy that most reviews weren't true. Employees were pleasant, order was done correctly and in a normal amount of time. No complaints here. Thanks!

Friendly service, but slower than a turtle. It takes 15 mins to get a 8 piece nugget and large fry. If there is a car in the drive thru ahead of me, you are looking at a 20-30 mins trip. Just to get thru the drive thru.

Stopped late on the way he from a ball tournament 6/26/22. Couldn't eat the meal. I love convenient food and hardly find myself picky. However, this was pretty bad. The fries were a few hours old and everything had an old fryer taste. Things are not coming out of this place fresh. Bummer dude.

Was staying in hotel next door and choice of this place or McDonald's for food. We'll I made a bad choice and walked into here! Lobby was clean and that's what gives it a one star. I was not greater, in fact the person who eventually showed up to take my order seemed annoyed that a person had walked in to order. Then after paying for the order I started to fill my drink and noticed all sorts of food products in the drain that appeared to have been there for hours if not days. Was so sick to look at it. Well I got my food and went back to hotel to eat. First bite into the whooper and I knew something was wrong. It was so salty it burned my mouth! I did not even know they salted burgers??? Well this was my first time here and it will be my last time....It will be McDonald's for breakfast for sure.
Ordered 2 fish sandwiches for $5. Sandwiches were burned to a crisp in a fryer that was well over due for cleaning. Then forgotten under a heat lamp forever. Oh and they were CHICKEN, not fish!!! Recommend the location a few miles west. They replaced the mess with everything right.

50 years and these people are the worst BK in Michigan and beyond! Sign says opened out front. I walked in to pick up app order and employee asked me how I got in.. Yes probably the dumbest thing I was ever asked. Answer: The Door... Tells me their not open inside. This place us worthless. .
