First burger was wrong, the second burger was burnt and so were the onion rings. First time, last time. Ask for onions, not soggy grilled ones. Wasn't told all they have is grilled.

These hamburgers were the best! Fresh hamburger (you can definitely tell the difference). Thankfully, we only got the burgers. They're huge! Stop by, and you won't regret it.

Adrian was awesome. Made sure we were served good food in a timely manner. There were 5 of us (4 adults and 1 10 year old grandson). We did the family pack - 10 cheeseburgers with 3 large fries and 2 liter soda. Tons of food! A great value. Thanks, Adrienn. Blessings on your business.

Wheelchair accessibility: The main dining room was accessible but the women's handicapped accessible stall was out of order. Hopefully this was a short term situation.
Took my adult children, wife and grandkids. My kids called it "mid". As I understand the definition, it seems fairly accurate.
I don't like leaving negative reviews for mom and pop shops, they need the money and are likely trying hard. But I also don't want people paying higher than normal prices for lower than average food.
The counter person was friendly, Patient, helpful. I'm not sure if he put the order in wrong or if the cook messed up, but all special orders were ignored. Fryer grease was either too hot or hadn't been changed recently. (I used to work maintenance at a fast food restaurant in my younger days). The burgers were over done. Fries were very good, not salty, good flavor.
Good was just "ok". Again I thought the food was over priced for the mediocre food it was.

I'm a big fan! It's nice to see a place that isn't one of the usual chains, as a fast food alternative. I stop whenever I'm on the area... Their burgers taste fresh and meals are very filling. The chicken sandwich was amazing too. Hoping to try their breakfast soon. Keep up the good work and great customer service!

I've been here a few times so far and the food is great! Would recommend this place if your in the area! We drive from Saginaw to eat there. There is a wait but that's cause they cook everything from scratch and it's actually real 100% ground beef and chicken. That being said I did run into an issue with a missed sandwich in my to go order tonight. We didn't realize it until we were back home. I was to harsh with my last review but that's on me it was just a bad day. I did get a chance to talk to the owner and he was more then accommodating and is replacing her whole combo meal. I really appreciate the customer service, and him taking time to listening to me just vent. I realized how ridiculous I sounded. Thanks again for dealing with me customer service is hard! We will be back!
