Went through drive through. Had to wait 5 minutes for a McCrispy sandwich. Got a free cherry pie for waiting. Guess I should have ordered something else. Pie was not worth it, as was the chicken sandwiches.

Service here is great but their chicken filets are made of woody breast meat the past 3 times I've ordered. I just can't eat rubber chicken anymore.

I was the only person in the store and waited over 15 minutes while car after car went through the drive thru and recieved their food. I finally asked for a refund and the person explained that they can't make my food until all the drive-thru customers are takin care of even though I placed my order before.
Corporate policies and not having enough employees is a huge problem at this place.

Waited at the speaker for at least 3 minutes before being greeted. During a slow time (no cars infront or behind me) after saying āhelloā multiple times a lady with an attitude finally took my order. At the window I was handed a McFlurry with ice cream all over the outside of the cup and was told āthere ya goā and had the window slammed shut. Very rude service. Also seemed like they had more important things to do than what their job description is. Wonāt be returning to that particular McDonaldās. Pretty sure they did something odd to my food I didnāt even feel comfortable eating it after the attitude given. Also fries were cold as heck Iām sure I was a ānuisanceā customer.
