My favorite Subway!
I placed an order through The SUBWAY® app for the Auburn subway and when I got there it apparently didn’t go through on their end, but it did charge my card and when I was showing the employee this she went I’m sorry and then continue making the online order that she was on and didn’t offer any solutions she made me pay for it when i asked if she could make it for me

Great staff. I go there all the time. Both rachels, Mark, Jenn, and Justin are fantastic. The manager runs a great store. The staff are very kind and very helpful, even when busy.

A very new young lady was trying to take care of us which she was kind but I could tell she was in training and this Justin guy she called to for help was just straight up rude to her. She needed help and it seemed he didn't even want to help nor cared about the fact she was obviously still in training as well as he acted like this infront of atleast a total of 5 or more customers. I've worked a subway and have worked customer service for years and that kind of rudeness on the floor for every customer to see is disgusting. He needs to be retrained on how to professionally work as well as shouldn't be training new people if he doesn't care about his work. The new girl was amazing and I wish I could remember her name

Justin is a great worker here. I appreciate all his hard work and humor to keep customers engaged and satisfied. Store is always clean and the manager knows how to keep a store running.

Ordered two subs after Justin made them we said thank you he replied with you’re not welcome because he claimed he was having a bad day and was “going to make it other people’s problems” very unprofessional and rude i loved subway in auburn going to go to a different location from now on.

It's a local place so I'm going to try and be positive...The veggies were gross, and needed to be flipped and refreshed!! There were red onions mixed w the green peppers, lettuce brown..it was a mess.There was only one employee. He was doing his absolute best but it's obviously not convenient making subs, checking ppl out and keeping in top of your cold coolers etc. it's impossible. Hire more. Your customer service will be better. Don't make one employee drown. Not cool. ?The inside was clean and there's tons of seating.Id call ahead and or order online for best results.

The food was good however it was just one guy working the line, he did a great job but there was a line of at least 8 people. The other worker was in the back. I know prep has to be done too but customers come first. He did exceptional work and provided great customer service. I wish I could have helped, I used to work in a subway so I know how it is but good job to that guy he did great.
