My son and I ate here this morning. Great experience. Good food. Pleasant atmosphere. Good service. Not many Big Boys around anymore so we were glad we ate here. We are from out-of-town.

We got seated quickly and our drinks we ordered watched or food come up sat up under the warmer for 10 minutes while the waitresses were busy talking and laughing in the back instead of taking the food to us. Then the waitress wanted to give attitude when I wanted my food to be remade cause it was cold. You need to do better

Jessica was Super Wonderful to me and got me a delicious Classic Blockbuster Breakfast 🍳🥞!!! YUM !!! 😋 Today, I came back and had some really delicious French Toast with four Sausage Links and Coffee and Tanisha was SUPER HELPFUL with everything I needed and the food was prepared really FAST as usual too! Today I came to have a delicious Southern Omelette and Morrison really helped me out again! She's so sweet! ❤️💕🥰

Left before getting dinner. Horrible place. Sodas were FLAT. And they knew the sodas were flat. The co2 was not changed. Another table was served flat sodas after we were. Ten minutes after ordering dinner, the order had not been given to the cook. No offer to correct our drinks. The co2 was not changed.

I never leave reviews, but this one’s well deserved. Came in with a group of 12 and expected chaos, but everything went surprisingly smoothly. Food ranged from decent to good, but the service was outstanding. Our server, Molly, was calm, friendly, efficient, and never missed a beat, she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back.

Love big boy, don't have any around me anymore so when we saw this one we hurried up to get there and it was as good as ever!
Almost 30$ for 2 people, both orders were 2 eggs and hashbrowns. One tea. That was my last time at any big boy. I don't understand why it's changed so much.

Came in for lunch - only 2 other tables were in there so not busy at all. Received terrible service. Waitress spilled water all over the table, acknowledged it, and never came back with anything to wipe it up. After food was served, never came back to the table except to hand us the bill. Over $50 for 2 freezer burnt sundaes, an order of onion rings and fries and 2 disgusting salad bars (soups looked old and burnt, lettuce was brown and wilty, salad bar wasn't stocked (when we asked about a few items, waitress said they were out and it would be on tomorrows truck), two salad dressings tasted borderline spoiled, jalapenos looked sketchy (water was super cloudy and didn't look good) - just everything looked like last week's stock - fifty bucks. When asked to talk to a manager, manager didn't apologize or offer a discount or anything. Just let us know their stock was arriving tomorrow. We have been long time customers but will not be back. Unprofessional, overpriced, and left hungry with stomach cramps. My daughter has been sick in the bathroom since we got home. Will also mention when the gal at the cash register went to get a manager, she walked away for several minutes and left the cash drawer wide open. Aye yi yiiiiii. We have been long time customers but will not be back.

Had to ask who our server was to get anyone to serve us. Waitress was polite but once the food was brought to the table she never checked on us. Waited to try and get her attention and finally gave up and just walked up to the prep area to ask her for what we needed. Very little initiative, would not go back. Food was pretty good.
