Horrible experience. The lady to seat us tried putting us at a table with 3 chairs after I told her 5 people and 1 baby. She then puts us in a booth where we had no room. The table was connected to the wall only (no support under table). My 9 year old reaches over table to tell me something and table breaks away from wall. We move ourselves to a different table. The waiter comes to get our order and I tell her about other table. Oh I’m so sorry that happened she said. She took our order and brought our appetizer and completely spilled both sauces all over. Oh I’m so sorry she kept saying as we were trying to clean it up with only 4 napkins we had on table. She walks away and is pouring water in peoples glasses. After 10 minutes she comes back with a rag and no sauces. Still saying sorry. Never once came back until end of our meal to ask if we needed water, pop, or coffee refill. That was $83 spent for a horrible experience. Could not eat appetizers as cold and no sauces. Fries were cold by time she got them to us. The place was not busy but they’d come back to tables around us and grab the tips but not clear the tables. And being the person I am I still left a tip. NEVER WILL EAT HERE AGAIN. 2nd bad experience here and will not be back for a 3rd. Normally I’d never write a bad review but this was over the top.

Fries were not fresh but the Slim Jim was good. Server was very friendly and she checked on me a few times but then never refilled my drink. She seemed new. In the past it’s been hit or miss for service but mainly good. I tend to rate service and tip based on how well they do refilling my drink. The bill and food were brought promptly.

We got seated quickly and our drinks we ordered watched or food come up sat up under the warmer for 10 minutes while the waitresses were busy talking and laughing in the back instead of taking the food to us. Then the waitress wanted to give attitude when I wanted my food to be remade cause it was cold. You need to do better

Jessica was Super Wonderful to me and got me a delicious Classic Blockbuster Breakfast 🍳🥞!!! YUM !!! 😋 Today, I came back and had some really delicious French Toast with four Sausage Links and Coffee and Tanisha was SUPER HELPFUL with everything I needed and the food was prepared really FAST as usual too! Today I came to have a delicious Southern Omelette and Morrison really helped me out again! She's so sweet! ❤️💕🥰

Left before getting dinner. Horrible place. Sodas were FLAT. And they knew the sodas were flat. The co2 was not changed. Another table was served flat sodas after we were. Ten minutes after ordering dinner, the order had not been given to the cook. No offer to correct our drinks. The co2 was not changed.

I never leave reviews, but this one’s well deserved. Came in with a group of 12 and expected chaos, but everything went surprisingly smoothly. Food ranged from decent to good, but the service was outstanding. Our server, Molly, was calm, friendly, efficient, and never missed a beat, she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back.
