I always get good service and high quality food, usually without any problem from this location. I am happy that it's back in Bad Axe as I was very sad when it left. They do better than a lot of the KFC locations around Michigan. Atmosphere is constantly dead, but that's to be expected post-covid

Okay I don’t even write reviews often and I’m pretty upset about this incident tonight but I just wanna start off for whatever girl works nights needs to fix her attitude when working with customers was ordering and she kept saying after everything I said “anything else??” Well if I was done with my order I would let you know! Get up to the window and she just takes the card out my hand and dosent even say any greeting or anything then just hands me my card and slams her window like wow this is how you treat paying customers?? Then I get my food with the tender meal and the chicken was just not even cooked and was like rubber. Seems to me that I’m not the only person who has a problem with this girl working nights according to the reviews, sounds like management just allows this to happen! Not returning

Never wrote a review on a restaurant before but I have to this time. Ordered a chicken tender meal and was told it would be 6 minutes on the tenders so I pulled up and waited. 20 minutes later they bring out my food. The tenders weren't hardly cooked, the batter wasnt KFC batter. Looked and tasted like some cheap stuff they bought from Walmart. I asked for ranch and they gave me every sauce but ranch. And no silverware. Through it all in the trash cuz that's exactly what it was. Like I said first time posting a review like this but that irritated me to my core

Whats the point of online ordering and then they don't give you everything, like my sauces and then when I called the guy was rude and said your calling cause you didn't get any sauce but the rest of your order was correct... yeah cause I ordered online and added what I wanted...

Here you could have the best meal you’ve ever had from any fast food place in your life, then come back a few days later and realize they forgot half your order. On par for fast food.
However for fast food standards this is probably one of the better places you could go to in this area.

So I stopped at this Kentucky fried Chicken to buy $50 worth of food worst service I've had in a long time. The lady manager who was in charge was rude and disrespectful. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to get a meal to go to take home I was very disappointed with my service at this location they need to improve.
Ordered online, waited 30 minutes in the drive threw to pick up. Note there was 3 cars ahead of me, inside had no customers. Once I got my order I was missing items, called multiple times and no answer. I won't be returning to this KFC or any other.

food was awesome ordered a 12 piece with sides, they did messed up our order when we ordered for 2 mac and cheese and got a mashed potato instead went back to the drive thru and they gave us the correct item, if you are ordering from this location just make sure you check your food and if you let them know they will give you the correct item if you go back through the drive thru .

Opened up a stand alone store and still suck. The employees are lazy and rude, they never have extra crispy chicken, and they are to lazy to care about anything.
