8:20 pm 1-16-26. Went in for a hot and ready as advertised! and was told by the valley girl cashier that they were not doing hot and ready tonight and it would be a 25 minute wait. So much for the hot and ready false advertisement!!

The pizza wasn’t made how we ordered it all was supposed to have crazy crust. 1 had crazy crust and looked decent and the other 2 under cooked with out crazy crust. My wife called and complained and she was met with attitude and refused to compensate us for the inconvenience of having to go back out into a snow storm to exchange them. Worst Caesars I been to.
Received breadsticks that were not even halfway cooked. Basically straight dough with butter and cheese on them. Nasty. Suggest you go to another pizza place.

Horrendous pepperoni placement. Pepperoni placement is a simple task, unsure how this location never fails to drop the ball.

Had to pay for two hot and ready because the cashier didn't put it in the system when I paid for it 😕 so now only getting one hot and ready.
As always hit or miss.

Pizza was undercooked. The cheese all slid to one side of the box. I ended up having to put the cheese back on and finish cooking it in the oven.
Delicious as always

Just woke up with a headache and stomach issues from your undercooked pizza. I heard you even tell your employee to make sure it was cooked properly. Great job! The same manager who served us undercooked pizza a few years ago. Either get a new oven or stop shoving the pizza halfway through the oven. I worked a pizza place myself for a few years and I know how this happens as ive explained to you before and i know you remember me when Jesse did it. Your employees need to understand what food born illness is but this type of problem often starts with ineffective management.

Undercooked, greasy, unevenly cut, and thrown in the box without care.
