The people that work here are very rude. They have messed up my order several times and when I asked them to fix it they get an attitude. The rice is constantly under or over cooked. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. The food is mouthwatering delicious!! And they don't skimp on the portions! You'll leave full and satisfied! I've had their taco bowls, burritos and desserts and it's 5 stars every time. If you're looking for great food fast Lugos is it!!! They are always friendly and helpful explaining anything on the menu. 😋 Its clean and comfortable inside.

Fast service, decent prices. Their queso is super runny and not very flavorful. Occasionally their chips are stale. But for the most part they are fine. Burritos are huge! They usually don't disappoint. The one time I had their Barbacoa, it was dry and the corn tortillas were soggy. Probably won't get them again. Overall, a good place for a quick meal at a decent price.
