Curbside is the best at this location. Only issue is that the last 2 times there, issues with shake machine and I couldn't get what I ordered. They did replace with another item after explaining and asking what I wanted instead.

3rd time in a row the order was wrong. When I asked for the sauce and ketchup was told to pull up and wait like always. Asked 3 times for the nether sauce I ordered and ketchup guess what WASN'T in the bag! SMDH This store is just poorly managed from top down. And getting worse. NOW ON 6TH STRAIGHT ORDER BEING WRONG! You will wait forever and they will bring you wrong food but read right receipt, NEVER HAVE ANY SAUCES OR STRAWS IN THEIR BASKET, and last 3 trips NO STRAWS!! This store is HORRIBLE, Wait til you get to Sebewaing, Cass City, or Marlette. COMPLETE JOKE OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND SOMEHOW GETTING WORSE

I only stop at McDonalds to use the restrooms, maybe to get a coffee. McDonalds has had 60 years to ruin fast food, kiosks and all. When the restrooms go ghetto I will stop stopping there altogether

This place just isn't the way it was 10 years ago. It's gotten worse, the inside is just dead, there isn't much to offer anymore. The interior is bland, the food is mediocre compared to other McDonalds, and the service is okay. I got food here recently and it was nothing like other McDonalds. Would recommend the sebewaing McDonalds over this one. Overall just mediocre.
Kid-friendliness: Not as kid friendly as it used to be. Nothing to offer, just go drive through. They'll be more happy

My family and I was in line in the restaurant the manager came out of the bathroom and did not wash her hands she was also very rude to the customers ahead of us and she went to drive thru window and was rude to them we left the place.....tall lady (or man ) shoulder length brown hair with glasses I think corporate needs to find some better workers we will not be going back anytime soon
It's a McDonald's. I brought my classroom for.lunch and the staff were so accommodating. They were wonderful and worked with my kiddos throughout the whole ordering process. Thank you Jessica!
