I've been eating at subway restaurants across the country for over 20 years so it breaks my heart to leave a nasty review for my hometown Subway. I left specific instructions to cancel my online order if fresh bread wasn't available due to an identical incident at the same Subway a couple weeks ago. I was told by an employee that this WAS fresh bread despite it having a crispy crust and crumbs (it wasn't toasted) and it wasn't even 11:30 AM. The woman at the counter understood my frustration and refunded my order. I will continue to eat at Subway, but just not the Bad Axe location where the bread on a $13 sandwich isn't edible.

The server was very rude, she put the wrong sauce on my sandwich I wanted hot sauce and she put chipotle sauce when I said I wanted hot sauce she said this is hotter as she gave me a dirty look and kept wrapping up my sandwich wouldn't even remake it or apologize nothing she is very very rude her name tag said Erica I will not go back and have her make a sandwich for me

Probably the best subway in the thumb. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Sandwiches are made well most of the time. Seem to always be short staffed. But they do as well as they can. You can tell they genuinely care.

You guys are outrageous expensive I just got a bowl in elkton for 2 dollars and got the same bowl here in bad axe and it was 9 dollars like what are you guys doing get it together man not everyone
Only open til 7pm. Meat portions are small on the steak sub. The workers generally do a great job.

Love this subway and most people at it. But the managers are not on the same page and the assistant manager is very rude and should not be management. I have been going here for years with no problems and now with the new management it has really gone down hill. They really need to get on the same page and start caring about their customers.
