Love this subway and most people at it. But the managers are not on the same page and the assistant manager is very rude and should not be management. I have been going here for years with no problems and now with the new management it has really gone down hill. They really need to get on the same page and start caring about their customers.

Very friendly staff , very clean , and they toasted my bread lightly as requested , and fresh veggies . the sandwich artist put care in to creating my sandwich, so it was not sloppy and absolutely delicious

This Subway is an embarrassment. They're consistently behind their mobile order estimated pickup time by a large margin. My most recent order, for example, was 29 minutes behind when it was supposed to be ready, and based on my past experiences, this is not uncommon.I've never seen more than two people working at a time. Most of the time there's only one person. It isn't the workers' faults, it's trademark poor leadership from the owner(s).If you value your time or plan on ordering ahead, I strongly suggest looking at other options.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I am SO tired of restaurants getting away with this. What the sandwiches look like online, on the app, on the MENU, are NOTHING LIKE what you actually get. This is totally bait and switch. And of course, it is because if they used REAL photos of the ACTUAL product no one would buy it. Sales would plummet!! I ordered a $10 "Philly", there was barely any steak in it, and it's hilariously different than what I thought I ordered based on the photos on the menu. How about making your food as good as you advertise? What a novel idea. I contacted the district manager, Kyle, who said "sorry, it was made to formula". Fantastic work Kyle. Bravo.
