I have dreaded eating fast food for over 12 years and rarely do any more. Despite being all over the tri state area and occasionally getting a fast food meal. It is almost always a disappointment with temperature, correct orders, service or quality of food. Today was a game changer. I have to give a huge shout out to the Taco Bell in bad axe mi and especially Brandon! Brandon went above and willing to help me order, with patience and knowledge. The store was clean, small but had great service and most of all very fresh food with correct orders! Can we please give this place a heck yeah with the many failing and less than desirable standards that have become with fast food! They were even “out” of a few things but he was willing to make sure we had them even tho it was a hour from closing.

I give this location a lot of credit. They work really hard here, and never skimp on meat or have made mistakes on my kinda specific orders. EVERY time I eat here someone comes out to tend to the lobby...not something I see at most fast food joints.

My coworkers and I went to the bad axe taco bell 4/16/25, late that night around 12:30. They made our food excellent and fast! I appreciate the great service even though it was later In the night. Thanks again, keep up the good food service!

They refuse to take orders at the front anymore. They go and hide in the back when someone comes to the counter or they stare at us like we’re stupid cause we don’t want to use the kiosk. It’s so much faster to order at the counter instead of having us use a kiosk that takes 10 minutes to put the order in. Plus not everyone knows how to use them. They were also rude and didn’t say anything to us.
