This spot is garbage!! The last 3 times I went through my orders were not correct or the have no ice, or KFC has No chicken.... TODAY I ordered soft tacos....because they didn't have chicken ...pretty easy.... disgusting.....white cheese, brown lettuce and rice...who puts rice on a taco.!?!
Any OTHER location in Michigan is clean and the food is excellent....this place is a dumpster!!!
2024 Drive thru 3 times ....getting better.... haven't messed the food up once ....Dusty was an absolute pleasure to deal with...

Food was the average taco bell experience with sauce exploded onto he diaper they wrap tacos in. That part is fine but having the crew make fun of my order is incredibly unprofessional. Make fun of your customers behind closed doors or preferably not at all. Unacceptable way to act for three mid 40s women who should act like adults.

The employees here are so polite and friendly.. every time I come here. It’s impressive honestly.. I appreciate that.
The employees at the bad axe location are great. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Food leaves a little to desire, usually it's good, but the potatoes in the cheesy potato bowl 4/5 times I've gotten it were old, Luke warm and kind of chewy. Everything else has been good and made to order as requested.
