The employees at the bad axe location are great. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Food leaves a little to desire, usually it's good, but the potatoes in the cheesy potato bowl 4/5 times I've gotten it were old, Luke warm and kind of chewy. Everything else has been good and made to order as requested.
Employees are very friendly and helpful. They took the order at the counter, we didn't have to use the kiosk.We won't use the kiosk at other restaurants.Bad Axe Taco Bell was clean and was run very well.

TODAY I ordered soft tacos....because they didn't have chicken ...pretty easy.... disgusting.....white cheese, brown lettuce and rice...who puts rice on a taco.!?!
Any OTHER location in Michigan is clean and the food is excellent....this place is a dumpster!!!
