Went through the drive thru for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries and it was $19. Asked at the window to change to a combo for both since it was $6 for the sandwich fries and drink (I thought it would be cheaper the other way) and I was told I would have to go back around and wait in line again to change it. Poor customer service. Food was good.

First off we ordered our food, then we were told they are out of spoons.... ok that's fine we'll make due with that. We then order and our total came to 11.09 gave them a $50 then the rude employee at the window gave us back only $27. We told him he had shorted us then gave us our money back then almost threw our food out the window to us! Worse service and definitely will NOT recommend!!

Food was UTTER garbage. I just got my money back. The “manager” on duty was completely indifferent. I’m just thinking to myself would you eat this cold, stale garbage you’re tryna feed me? I stopped by late (around 9:15 ish pm) and I actually told the “manager” I know it’s late so if we have to wait we’ll wait. So I get to the window and she has the other young man who works there say: “it was just recently made” which is BS code for I’m too lazy to make fresh food for you. I wish I knew who the owner of this Wendy’s restaurant is so I could ask them why they insist on selling GARBAGE!

Stopped in for lunch the spicy chicken sandwich was awful chicken was like rubber coating didn't even stick to it. Threw it out, very disappointed. Fries were good, diet coke was just at ok.

I used to work there and no I'm not a mad ex employee, couldn't pay me enough to come back again, the assist managers are very rude, gm and assist management are best buddies so they can do as they please, they run out of stuff so they can get more money for their bonus. The dm josh allows a couple to come in and insult the staff. After some of what I've seen I wouldn't eat anything there

Order was wrong again, when I called to let them know, they just answer the phone with a curt hello, nothing to identify you are calling the correct place, explained that order was missing my husband's lunch, they said to come back and they would make it again, explained we lived 20 miles away and we were not driving back. I had to suggest/ request that he pick it up the following Monday when he was back in town. Will be interesting to see how that goes. Note to self .always check the order before you leave since it is often wrong.

Ordered a simple double stack biggie bag. It comes with 4 pc chicken nuggets sm fry the sandwich and drink. No chicken nuggets waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru just got double fries which I just threw out because they were so cold that they were soft and mushy. And I didn’t even get a receipt and I paid with my card
Stopped in for a frosty, which I have not had for quite some time. The frosty brought back some memories, and I liked how I could get a junior size all the way up to a large. The service was what you would expect from fast food, and the service was good.

Beyond poor went there today around 5pm wasn’t not busy drive thru simply ordered two double stacks a bacon cheeseburger a coke and fry left and presto no double stack there was a cheeseburger with lettuce no tomato the. A plain burger with bacon and then plain burger of course they didn’t don’t give reciept so can’t fill out service because god for us we have reciept which has store number
