The foods usually always good here, yesterday my burger was cold and my fries were hot, they need to figure out a way to keep the burgers hot, I'd be happy if they was wrapped in paper and under a heat lamp till everything was served

I thought about the Dave’s double I had in Swartz Creek for so long I had to discover for myself if all Wendy’s are created equal. I am happy to inform everyone that indeed each Dave’s double does something special to me every time I order one. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I was honestly too distracted to take in the ambiance.

I only have one ear that works and I was under the impression the lady talking through the drive through speaker had said to start ordering however when I started talking due to my disability and misconception the Lady screamed at me in a disrespectful tone I then went inside to place my order so I could make it easier for myself and someone ordered the same thing as me and I asked if it was my food and I believe it may have been the same women she snapped on me like I am stupid when it was the same food I am not happy with how I was treated at this Wendy’s I didn’t ask to be deaf and now I gotta deal with this

Lazy employees wouldn't even acknowledge us standing in line while there was only one car in the drive thru. We were there for 15 minutes and not even one “sorry for the wait” or “we’ll be with you in a minute”. They are intentionally avoiding work. For people who like cold burgers, warm pop, no ice and an entirely sticky/ grubby environment and lazy entitled staff this is the place for you!

I usually frequent this establishment through the drive thru and I probably should've stuck to that. No one is wearing gloves when preparing meals. I watched one man get my spicy chicken out of the freezer with his bare hands. The manager didnt seem to care about anything that was going on. The man at the drive thru Window was bad mouthing about a customer that just left. The younger gentleman that took my order inside was the saving grace of it all. I've worked fast food before and this isnt what should be shown as a big chain restaurant. I won't be back to this location.

This Wendy's seems to always have dry burnt looking meat. The fries are dark like old oil is used. I like Wendy's but will avoid this one.

What happened to the breakfast potatoes??? From delicious to ugh....
Went through the drive thru for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries and it was $19. Asked at the window to change to a combo for both since it was $6 for the sandwich fries and drink (I thought it would be cheaper the other way) and I was told I would have to go back around and wait in line again to change it. Poor customer service. Food was good.

First off we ordered our food, then we were told they are out of spoons.... ok that's fine we'll make due with that. We then order and our total came to 11.09 gave them a $50 then the rude employee at the window gave us back only $27. We told him he had shorted us then gave us our money back then almost threw our food out the window to us! Worse service and definitely will NOT recommend!!

Food was UTTER garbage. I just got my money back. The “manager” on duty was completely indifferent. I’m just thinking to myself would you eat this cold, stale garbage you’re tryna feed me? I stopped by late (around 9:15 ish pm) and I actually told the “manager” I know it’s late so if we have to wait we’ll wait. So I get to the window and she has the other young man who works there say: “it was just recently made” which is BS code for I’m too lazy to make fresh food for you. I wish I knew who the owner of this Wendy’s restaurant is so I could ask them why they insist on selling GARBAGE!

Stopped in for lunch the spicy chicken sandwich was awful chicken was like rubber coating didn't even stick to it. Threw it out, very disappointed. Fries were good, diet coke was just at ok.
