Worst burger I've ever had, totally cold couldn't even eat it.

The gentleman working at the counter was extremely friendly yet he definitely could have used some help from a coworker. They were busy yet I noticed they were cleaning a fryer at noon? Not an ideal time for that task. The front door was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I took my granddaughter into the bathroom then walked right back out as the condition of the rest room was filthy as well. Looks like the cleanliness of this establishment could use some attention. I’m shocked the management overlooks these conditions.

My food is usually cold, one time I ordered a double baconator and the burger was the little burgers for the junior burgers, at least half the workers are just not friendly. And I never get my condiments… or they screw up my order. I guess if you don’t tell them they can’t make things better . They just need to just try alittle harder and at least care about their job and doing a good job and care about their customers. Just saying ..

I ordered a kids meal and specifically requested apple slices. I was given fries so when I asked for my apple slices they wanted the fries back I said aren’t you just going to throw them away? The girl got an attitude and says yeah that’s how it works but no, I don’t think it is or at least it shouldn’t be. when the mistake is on the restaurant and the customer is inconvenienced they should get both items when it’s the customers fault for not ordering the right item sure take the incorrect item back. but this was the restaurants fault and I got yelled at for it. I’ll never go back.👎🏻

The foods usually always good here, yesterday my burger was cold and my fries were hot, they need to figure out a way to keep the burgers hot, I'd be happy if they was wrapped in paper and under a heat lamp till everything was served
I thought about the Dave’s double I had in Swartz Creek for so long I had to discover for myself if all Wendy’s are created equal. I am happy to inform everyone that indeed each Dave’s double does something special to me every time I order one. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I was honestly too distracted to take in the ambiance.
I only have one ear that works and I was under the impression the lady talking through the drive through speaker had said to start ordering however when I started talking due to my disability and misconception the Lady screamed at me in a disrespectful tone I then went inside to place my order so I could make it easier for myself and someone ordered the same thing as me and I asked if it was my food and I believe it may have been the same women she snapped on me like I am stupid when it was the same food I am not happy with how I was treated at this Wendy’s I didn’t ask to be deaf and now I gotta deal with this
