Everytime I order something here I get a random food item that isn’t even on the menu. I ordered a breakfast baconator and got a burrito?

Asked if they could add a small pop onto my order, which in the past has never been an issue. However, the manager didn’t want to help (or teach) the clearly new employee and wanted to sit on her phone instead. Very unprofessional. Seems as though this manager has a history of sitting on her phone in the corner, and not actually helping (or doing anything for that matter).

The manager is very RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Sitting in the corner at the drive thru window on her phone while the workers are working. Some don’t use hair nets when preparing the food, because they said it’s “not required”My friend found a hair in her sandwich and we asked about hair nets.

the place has really gone down hill they only one that is nice is Tyler and the rest are rude and they make your feel you feel unwelcome but that's the your class for ya but if they were a little more friendly it would help but untill then I keep my self and and friends and fam out there cause they honestly don't appreciate there customers

Very slow always forget to give us all our food. The Fry's are always cold and way to much
went in to get dinner for my family; there was a new hire ringing me up and she did a fantastic job! Very friendly folks and they didn't miss anything in my large order! Wendys has a track record of missing things, but I haven't been disappointed at this location yet. It's refreshing to see more experienced staff genuinely helping newer people instead of treating them as lesser. :D

Place is service is slow they mess up food 24/7. Worst place in town wait forever food is alls dry and old condiments are out on in very small portions just spent 35 bucks for me and gf bacon hard as rock chicken sandwich was dry baked potato was still half

I've been here twice to oder my boyfriend and I food and both times they have left out ny bacon and cheese potato. I love in the country so it's a bit of a drive, I don't go into bad axe often but they wouldn't even refund me over the phone I was told I had to come in. Well a potato isn't worth the gas money to drive back, but they have lost my service when I do go to bad axe
Food was really good. Very pricey. No prices on menu, no bill brought tobthe table only a hand held machine and the server told us the bill total. I had a wet burrito and my guest split steak fajitas with her son. I had ice tea and guest had water. Total for meals was 53.00. Not really sure what I was paying for, not really liking their billing practice. Probably won't go back.
