White Linen Catering has catered multiple events for me in pinch, without hesitation! Sara, Josh, Natalie and the rest of the team were happy to accommodate with multiple family members funerals, grad parties, and social events. They’ve never steered me wrong! Great food, great service, wonderful communication, everything looked nice and clean. I cannot complain in the slightest. And don’t get me started on the charcuterie boards…. GORGEOUS AND DELICIOUS!!!! This place will not disappoint!

We had white linen catering for our staff Christmas party. The communication was amazing, they were on time with incredible hot, Mac & cheese, pulled pork, seasoned green beans, rolls, fresh Caesar salad and Table settings. They offer many choices on their very large menu, and everyone was very complementary regarding the meal.
We will definitely be ordering from them again!

We had White Linen cater my husbands funeral dinner. They did an excellent job. The food was delicious and service outstanding. I would highly recommend them .

We used their services for our wedding and it was our biggest regret. The day before our wedding, we are in the beginning process of setting up the venue for our wedding dinner. The bin of napkins they provided were dirty/stained, forty-two to be exact. We went through each individual napkin to ensure they were not stained before setting them up for our guest to use. Next we started to work on passing out our goblets. After pulling a handful of “washed” goblets from the racks, we realized the napkins were the least of our concern. Every goblet we pulled from the rack was dirty and appeared to be unwashed. At one point, we pulled a goblet out that had chunky lipstick all across the edge of the glass. Every single goblet was dirty. I texted Natalie (the owner) my concerns and she responded with saying, “Just let Jill know she will get new napkins. Not sure why the goblets are dirty. She can give you new racks if you want. Sorry about that.“ I was incredibly dissatisfied with that response. Our linens were also incorrect. I did appreciate her call to ask how she could fix this situation, and she told me she would come drop off new goblets and different linens to remedy our situation. The silverware was also dirty. Forks had food crusted on them, as well what appeared to be rust, dirt, and other grime. The quality and cleanliness was simply not there for these utensils to be handed out to our guest. More appalling yet, the bins which the silverware were stored in were absolutely FILTHY. The silverware bins were pulled out of a shed. There was dirt, food, leaves, dust, twigs, and sand on the bottom of every bin - forks, knives, and spoons. After waiting, we find out Natalie is not coming, but one of her employees, Jill. Once she arrived, we were given new water goblets that she assured us were just hand washed and still dripping. I showed Jill the bins of dirty silverware and her reaction appeared unfazed. She did apologize and stated she’d inform the owner. I don’t know if she did, because I feel like if she had passed that message on, I would’ve received a call or email from the owner immediately. The condition our eating utensils arrived in were both potentially health hazardous and completely unacceptable. After Jill left, we began going through the goblets one by one, checking for quality control, and we noticed that there was water residue and that they needed to be dried, or else they would appear dirty, yet again. Rather than complain again, the decision was made that we would hand dry each goblet with a fiberglass towel, as this would also ensure quality control on our part. We ultimately hand dried over 160+ goblets because of our concern to what they would look like if we didn’t. What should have been a quick morning affair turned into an all day fiasco. We did not get home until after 4pm, with our rehearsal dinner starting only a couple hours from then. The day became long and stressful because of these avoidable issues that were caused by this catering service. The silverware bins were just uncalled for. I don’t think you’d eat from any utensils that came out of the boxes if you saw what they looked like. Also, we received coffee mugs for our coffee station at the same time we received the hand washed goblets. The first mug we pulled had coffee stained all around the bottom of it. We just threw it back into the rack and laughed about it. We asked Natalie how she’d remediate the situation and she said she’d be giving us money back for our rentals. Imagine my surprise when I received a check for a laughable $300. Our entire bill for their services was over $7,000. The food was mediocre at best, but we thank God our guests did not get sick. We certainly are not trying to make a profit with a refund, but this simply did not make it right when there were exceptionally high standards they failed to meet across every avenue. We also filed a complaint with the State Health Department because what we saw was appalling and they should be ashamed and others should be aware.

We used White Linen Catering for a 90th birthday party for our father. The food was very good and everything was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. Natalie went above and beyond with her equipment to make our venue work with the food. I was very pleased with everything about our experience with White Linen Catering and would absolutely use them again!

We used White Linen Catering for a wedding reception. The food was wonderful, and many of the guests commented on how delicious it was. Price was great compared to other places we checked out. Staff that were at the reception were very attentive and helpful. 100% would recommend using them! We will use them again in the future if we need a caterer.

Natalie & her staff recently provided the food at my daughter's wedding reception. From planning (which included taste testing) to clean up their service was exceptional! We wanted to include some traditional ethnic food offerings and Natalie worked with us to successfully do so. We were able to obtain desired linens & table service via Natalie which resulted in beautiful place settings and food presentation. We had appetizers, buffet with salad bar, main meal and dessert assortment-all which were very tasty. We had many compliments on the food and I can't say enough good-especially for the homemade meat balls!

White Linen Catering provided us with delicious French toast bake and Meat Lover's Egg Casserole for our daughter's high school graduation party. We had many people say it was the best graduation food they had ever had! Natalie was very responsive to emails throughout the entire process, and our food was delivered at exactly 10:30 a.m. as discussed. I would highly recommend White Linen for your catering needs! I know we will absolutely use them again.

White Linen Catering catered my daughter’s wedding. The food was delicious and the staff was phenomenal. Natalie and my daughter never met as my daughter lives out of state and still, the food, set up, tear down and clean up all went off without a hitch! Thank you White Linen!
