The ice cream is homemade. The kids couldn't distinguish anything that sets it apart from other ice cream shops. It is not budget friendly. However I did enjoy reading the history of the town and its neighbors from old clippings and resident accounts that you have on the wall!
I’ve been going to Jones for a long time, think 2000 was my first trip up salmon fishing, I haven’t missed a year since 2012. This year I took a gamble and decided to bring a couple of pints home, (3.5hrs) I had cooler with ice and the hotel had a freezer. The ice cream made it back to my house and I re froze it hard.
