Service was ok considering there was one waitress for entire place so that wasn’t her fault. The food was way worse than it used to be. I ordered a burger with Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato and this was the tomato they gave me. The picture doesn’t show the 2” x 2” piece of lettuce. They did bring me more lettuce when asked. My husband got the chicken strip basket which was only fries and strips. He asked if he could get a side of cole slaw and she said they stopped serving all side with their baskets and no longer have them even if you want to pay extra. We will not return for the food with so many other good options in Baldwin.

I’ve always been a huge fan of this place. Service is always good, food always tastes good. They’re one of the reasons why I vacation in Baldwin a couple times a year. This year compared to last year, the portion sizes have been quite literally cut in half but the price has gone up slightly. Pretty disappointing considering how much I’ve advocated and supported the place in the past! Food is still good. Service is still good. But portion size is drastically different from last year. Did the smokehouse Mac (which I get a few times a year) and it was probably a third of last years portions. Got a wet burrito that was like 2/3rds the size of my first. Was left hungry after both meals. Bummer!

Very disappointing meal. There were five of us. Issues with three of the meals. I ordered my sandwich with chips. (No upcharge)When sandwich arrived, it was served with french fries.( Sandwich was in a mini wrap, about half the size it used to be). I told the waitress of the mistake, not wanting the fries.When I got the bill she had upcharged for the fries. My friend ordered the same sandwich I did, less jalapenos. She received my sandwich, I received hers. Another person ordered a burrito, asked for no sour cream but a second salsa. He was charged for the second salsa. Shortley after placing our order we flagged down the waitress and asked for an order of onion rings as an appetizer. We asked to receive before our other food. We were completely done with our meals when she came back she said she would check on the onion rings. When we told her we no longer wanted them she made the comment that we ordered them after we've put in our food order. We clearly had told her we would like them before our food, Not at the end of our meal. Won't be back.
