Your customer service workers are being very detrimental to your costumer retention this evening. We have been coming here weekly since moving to Baldwin. However, from answering the phone, to delivering our order we were met with very unpleasant costumer service. We were made to feel like an inconvenience, as loyal costumers! 😔 We are nothing but kind during our interactions. I'm uncomfortable returning until something is done about this, others will likely feel the same.

Get every year for a camping dinner. Pizza is always great. It can take some time when they are busy on a weekend but the food has always been great.

Food was ok. Called for 30 minutes Noone answered had to go there to place carry out order kinda defeats purpose of carryout. Not sure i will go back.

Ordered same thing I usually get and came out completely wrong. Lady running the front was either not happy with her job or too exhausted to care about having a pleasant attitude. Will not be returning.

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was a little dry. It would've been great to actually have had tomato, onion, and bacon that I could really taste. It's looked great. Smelled awesome. Fell a little short on flavor. Im willing to try the menu again but probably wouldn't go for another bacon cheeseburger calzone. Its not the correct word but I forgot the right one. Close enough. Service was great.
Enjoyed the Strombolis!! Front desk lady is very kind. Will definitely be back.

They had no table service, and the wait was over an hour and a half just to order our own pizza, we didn't stay, so I really don't know if the food was any good, but the survey makes you pick an answer.

Use to be my favorite place for pizza.They deliver in Idlewild after 5pm everyday but today is an exception? The delivery service is shaky when it comes to delivering here in Idlewild and I'm paying with Card!
This pizza place is terrible no organization using the pizza knife to cut ever body's pizza and rude as hell
