Been staying here since Clint and Debbie bought the place; sometimes with a group in tow, sometimes solo. Beautiful location, reasonable rates, and great hosts; did I mention the blue ribbon Trout Fishing?
This store is a must see if you are in Baldwin. Darcy the owner is wonderful and really gives back to the neighborhood. Lots of variety in clothing items to chose from. I looked every where in Detroit for a dress to wear for a wedding. Darcy found one for me within minutes. Nice cards, tshirts and souvenir items for northern Michigan. On occasion local artists have items too. There is a second shop on the same block with just clothing and shoes. She has a great clothing buyer...read full review

We stayed in room #2 & I highly recommend trying to get that room. It is very large, has brand new carpet & a new couch. If you like moose & the outdoors, this is the room for you ! The owner was very friendly & showed us how to use the Roku TV , which we had never heard of. The shower was hot, towels were plush & the continental breakfast was nice. The property is very well kept. We had a good nights' sleep even though I was concerned about road noise from M-37. It was quiet....read full review
