Food is just OK. Service? There should be more than 1server. Do better for your prices. Yo pizza just OK. I can get frozen pizza same quality cheaper price at my home

To Jim Woods,
My husband and I were trying to figure out what to do for dinner after a long day at work. I suggested Woodys and he reluctantly agreed. We got there a little after 9pm and Tooter brought us drinks and menus. We put in our order and several minutes later heard swear words from the kitchen. Tooter told us the Bacon Cheeseburger we ordered to go for our son, would not be made… April talked to Matt and told us it would be made. Not long after that Matt came out and told the female staff not to send anymore orders back because the grill needed to be cleaned. He appeared angry and upset. There was too much tension, and frankly I have no desire to receive food from an angry adult throwing a temper tantrum about doing his job. We left.
Jim your service staff is finally up to par. April, Tooter Maddie and Rebecca are all wonderful, and we would probably be in there spending a lot of money on drinks and dinner way more often if your kitchen staff wasn’t driving away Female customers and their husbands! This is not the first occurrence. And we will not be back until your kitchen staffs level of service matches your front of the house.

We love this place. When we travel around Michigan, and are in this area, we always stop here. The food is excellent, great beer, and professional & friendly service. Highly recommend.

There were 3 of us and they brought out 1 persons lunch approximately 15 minutes before the other 2. Food was basic. We asked for drinks to go and waited 20 minutes before we said forget it and left. The bathrooms were too small and I don’t believe they were handicapped accessible. They have curtains instead of doors on their stalls and the stalls are so small that the curtains touch your knees when you sit down. I’m only 5’4”. Not returning.

Parking: Plenty of spaces in the lot across the street and street parking
