I absolutely love this place. I always try and find them wherever they’re out when I’m in town as a world traveler I’ve had brisket all over the place and this is one of the best I ever had. Abu Dhabi is probably my favorite and smoking a second much love, Darrell and team.

I bought a half rack of ribs in Watervilet at Smokin D's food trailer. The half rack was huge! Biggest half rack i ever bought anywhere. They were soooooo good! Delicious, tender spare ribs with great mesquite smoky flavor. I just happen to drive thru Watervilet. I live in South Haven and was on my way to Niles. Watervilet was having a Forth of July festival. Man, those ribs were FANTASTIC!!!!

Tried to go here 2 Saturdays ago and there was a sign on the door that they were closed for the Winter. Figured I would find them on FB, and there is no mention of this closing? Seems you wouldn't want people to try to visit and not know.
