This lovely little motel has a cozy vibe, with a great unobstructed view of the Keweenaw Bay. It's conveniently located along the main road. There is no longer a restaurant, but we came here to sleep, not eat. The owner was super nice, and got us a room when we showed up late at night desperately looking for a place to stay. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It has outside entrances that you can park right by. There is a nice deck/patio for smoking...
Pros:
- We arrived at the motel late and the owner put an envelope with our name on it outside the office with our room key in it. Just shows you how safe the area is! The owner was also nice and helpful when we spoke on the phone
- Theres's a beautiful view of the Keweenaw Bay
- They allow dogs! :)

- The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the wifi didn't work! Make sure you get a room close to...

Clean little place and mostly quiet. Close to the road but barely any traffic at night. Walls are kinda thin. I'm hard of hearing and was pittying my next door neighbors. It's all 40's - 50's vintage but very comfortable. I was thrilled to have a recliner to put my tired feet up. Not really handicapped accessible with a handful of steps and no handrails nor any in the shower which was a half size stall in blue. Gotta love it 😀
