“I don’t know who the chef is but this was above 5 star! I had the truffle Mac and cheese off the pub menu! Smoked Gouda, fabulous house bacon, truffle oil and cavatappi. The chewiness of the bacon and pasta kept the creamy smoked Gouda on your palate exactly the right amount of time. My compliments to the chef.***** Have red wine instead of beer with it.“
