Eric Paschel who works up front taking customer orders is very rude. I just became a reward member. My coupon stated a free sandwich with any purchase. I asked Eric what sandwich was included. He stated regular roast beef or beef and cheddar. I said will you make sure since it does not state a specific sandwich. He hollered for someone in the back. This man stated it's any sandwich. I told Eric I would take the 1lb roast beef sandwich. He gave me the half pound and acted very frustrated with me. With his rude personality I didn't try to tell him my order was wrong.

Jazmyne And Rudy, Are Exemplary People, An exceedingly Good at there Job, Professional an kind and quick to fulfill Order Request with diligence an patience with Not even a tone of frustration. Very polite an efficient all with Genuine smiles. The food was Absolutely fresh, and Exactly how it was ordered (per unusual request within reason) Jazmyne took the initiative to remember, the condiments I had ordered and added them to my meal. Rudy made the food as if it was his own, With obvious care of appearance an well balanced ingredients not some sloppy rush job. All my hot food was hot and all my cold food was cold. VERY pleased with my experience tonight would recommend, anyone who wants Quality food an Top notch customer service.

Haven’t even ate my food the whole reason I wanted Arby’s was for the pumpkin turnover yet when I asked for one was told they didn’t have any but cherry and they shut down everything for them and this was around 6:50-7pm they don’t close til 12 :(((

Deceitful marketing practices. You offer 3 for 5 on your value menu for like a week and then stealth remove it. It was built into the menu and now that tiny text has disappeared. Poorly implemented scam to lure you in with a bait and switch. Never coming back. The customer always loses when you choose chain restaurants!!!
I've been to this Arby's many times and it's always been a great dine out! I'd recommend the curly fries and the fried cheesy sticks. And the food here is a lot more filling than something like taco bell or McDonald's. Overall the experience was pretty decent and the food was great!

Food is really good. Unfortunately Tuesday morning, two gentlemen doing opening duties(?) was observed sharing a blunt. You wouldn't recognize them normally, Arby's uniform yes, but very disheveled. Is this a generally acceptable at this location?

Arby's is a favorite of mine. But this one has gone consistently downhill and my last meal was one of the lowest quality Arby's meals I've had. Very little brisket on the sandwich. Old warmed jalapeno poppers. No questions about what sauce I wanted so I ended up with no Arby's sauce. Sorry to say just a general disappointment.
