We did a mobile order, first forgot all the drinks, then forgot our sandwich and didn’t realize it till my husband got home. Nobody can remember to put things in a bag anymore… manager seemed friendly, but this is ridiculous…also since when is a large fry filled not even half way up?

A work run to Battlecreek and stopped in hadn't had Arby's in forever because, Grand Rapids is dirty...this Arby's was clean and workers were friendly and fast.
Didn't wait on the line long and the guy at the window was extremely sweet heart!!!

This location closes at 12 every night. The website is wrong. The app let me order a meal and I never received it. Follow up- requested a refund the next day and was granted.

Waited a very long time in the drive through line.
Went to a different location than my normal. Online app order was not ready at designated time. Burger (delicious at my regular!) was overcooked and somewhat cold, crispy fries also cold. Probably will avoid this location.

They were really friendly, but they gave me the wrong sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. Literally one of the worst things I’ve ever had. I ended up just taking some of the meat off and marching the leftovers down 3 flights of stairs to the garbage because it was that offensive. Definitely wasted my $10 here tonight.

I am very disappointed this trip, went through the drive thru. Only 2 employees working (be patient sign hung on drive thru menu board) still friendly, but we're stressed. Ordered a wrap and had a sweet sauce on it that wasn't listed on the description. I'm allergic to sugar... I got sick, didn't eat but a bite. Wife ordered a double beef & cheddar, she received a single plain sandwich, signs said potato cakes... really only reason we stopped... only to be told they were already discontinued. I'm not impressed, wasted $22!!

The front counter lady was so kind! She did an amazing job taking my order and she gave me a free chocolate shake! The roast beef sandwiches and the fries were amazing! I'll have 5 stars for Arby on Columbia and will definitely be returning!
