ATM (Arlene's Truck Stop)

The updates look great, but they lost 56 seats due to the removal of the booths. They don’t have a way to seat a family of 5 plus now they have long waits. The bar top is not what Arlene’s needed and I’m sure customers don’t like looking out at the gas station vs having eye contact with their party. We ended up leaving without trying the new food.

I’m so glad you are open again. Went there since the reopening the food was great and we are so happy our waitresses are back!!!

Called to place a order for pickup and they sat the phone down and left me on the phone for 32 minutes before I hung up. Food is good just don’t like to take to go orders I guess.

Just had breakfast with a couple friends. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was fast and good.

Weekend waitress refuses to answer phones, I walk in, 2 waitresses working and 1 standing by the phones refusing to answer( said that out loud for the 3 customers to hear). Lazy waitresses. Terrible.

I stopped in to get some snacks. if I recall correctly the total was $15 and change. I buy the same snacks every other day so I was shocked when later that week I balanced my checkbook. I was charged $56 and some change. I tried to call to get this transaction corrected. Employee refused to get me in contact with manager. I'll never spend another penny here. I am a forever lost customer.

This used to be my Go to place whenever I went to Battle Creek. However new owners have destroyed an amazing establishment. Sorry everyone but don’t expect to be happy next time you visit. It’s just not the same anymore.

I've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Good food and friendly service.

Went in today sat sept.30 worst service ever..I sat down .I watched 5 tables of people sit down they were brought menus had their coffees and water brought out and there orders taken . I then had to call one of the 3 waitress over and ask it I was invisible..she said o we are busy ..I told her when I cam in you were not that busy then told me my order would take 30 to 40 minutes now I said I sat before 5 tables I pointed then out ..but she just said o we are busy ...to bad service sucks
