The second time this old lady server has been incredibly rude and ran away during ordering. She also stared at the tablet when I selected my tip. Also the food wasn't done all the way

The entire restaurant is shabby, run down, and out of date. The kind of place you might see Rick Grimes and his crew scavenging for supplies. The service was inexcusably slow ( considering the few customers there ) Our food was warm at best, anemic, and skimpy portions. Seriously, my wife had a Slim Jim combination, and it looked like it was dug out of the garbage can and microwaved. The waitress only came back to give us the bill, no quality checks or refills. The money I spent here for vastly subpar food and service, I could have had a great dinner at The Main Street Pub ... should have ... but my wife used to love Slim Jims, not anymore. Save your hard earned money and go ANYWHERE else. Will never ever try this place again, we have given it shots over the past few years and it just doesn't improve.

I had lunch there with my daughter this week and was very pleased, as usual. We had speedy, friendly service and great food. 9-6-24 just had another great meal. Salad was so fresh and high quality, orange dream shake was incredible and Slim Jim was so yummy!

My first time trying a Big Boy restaurant here in the Midwest. I grew up going to the original one in California. We were welcomed by the hostess very friendly! My family and I all got burgers they were great fries we good, I really appreciated see some of the old vintage Big Boy merch they have on display!

I love this restaraunt. I grew up going to this place with my grandparents. I remember, as a child, sitting there and listening to all the stories shared between my grandparents and all their friends. It has not changed at all! I also found out they have weekly bingo games! So much fun!

Waitress was slow and when asked for refill she mumbled under her breath and rolled her eyes. We sat with empty glasses for 20 minutes. They were busy and the manager could be seen sitting in her glass office not helping anyone. The food it’s bobs big boy food nothing spectacular but it’s good price. We have been to this Bobs twice and both times service was abysmal. We live a mile from here but will not be back
