I love coffee, but not strong coffee it upsets my stomach. This was my 1st time here- my daughter suggested it cuz I told her I hated Starbucks coffee but I liked the frappe's at McDonald's but I wanted something different but like what I get at McDonald's. The employee was excited to help me since it was my first time. She was patient and made suggestions. I ended up getting a nutty squirrel! It was to die for OMG so Good! I was very happy with my selection. However, I was disappointed with the menu when you drive up. It doesn't have all there drinks that she was naming so I'm sure your not selling properly cuz you're not advertising properly. I will definitely be going a lot more.

The acting manager on duty treated me like a piece of garbage. I was owed a drink and wasn't told that you have a 3 day window to get it. I went to go treat myself to my drink, and I was treated like a liar. I was told to come back the next day and talk to the store manager. I've decided not to go back to that location.

Insane wait in the drive thru line. Whether there are 3 cars or 8 expect it to take at least a half hour. I've never made it through this particular drive thru under a half hour. So today I waited 40 minutes (6th car in line when I got in) only to get the wrong order. The Barista taking money didn't give me the keypad like they usually do so if I find they chose to tip themself this morning I'm going to be very unhappy. Never go to this Biggby if you have somewhere to be

Mannn, the customer service I experienced today is baffling! I ordered a white chocolate mocha and because Idk there menu or that those are two different drinks in the biggby world, the vibe from the employee instantly switch! When the order was repeated back to me the drink in question was wrong and because I said 'can you make sure said drink is decaf' the employee snapped back with 'I said that' low and behold the drink was made incorrectly lol. Spoke to the employee and told him that he was hella rude and just wanted him to acknowledge that. He had the nerve to say because they were busy and had someone training I should have known exactly what I wanted when I ordered. Long story long, because I required two extra seconds to order, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of them helping me understand the difference. It wasn't about the money or the drink at that point, solely the terrible attitude on the employee. This is why Starbucks will always be superior to Biggby!!The employee was a short, blonde, white dude.

Sign said large coffee, any flavor, $2.99. When I got to the drive-up speaker, I couldn't hear anything from the woman inside, so I just drove up and ordered it at the window. She seemed very perturbed by this, and didn't even give me a chance to pick a flavor; she just handed me a large plain coffee. They were also playing the "pay it forward" game, but I told them I'd pay for my own and they could give it to the next person. Altogether, not a pleasant experience; I probably won't return.

I LOVE this new location! The staff is awesome and friendly, and the coffee is fantastic! Their drive through line moves quick, but I also like the walk up window. My favorite drink is the Iced Carmel Marvel.
