30 minutes in a drive through is crazy. You need more workers, curbside service or new additional location.

I always go to this Biggby, it is convenient since it is by my house, plus they take the time to really get to know their customers and today it showed! My husband went to get Biggby this morning and even though he has been with me for years to order my drink...and it isn't hard...Frozen Neopolitain with no whip...my husband couldn't exactly remember! You got to love husbands, they try! However, as soon as the batrista saw my husband's Jeep he goes oh, no your wife normally gets espresso in it, we will make a new one! So shout out to you guys for saving my drink and my husband!!!and THANK YOU for knowing your customers!!! As always 10 out of a 10!!!

I'm not a coffee drinker,was getting my daughter some frappe thing ,let me tell that staff was working there butts off orders just flying out the door very friendly and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves, and even got some coupons for having to wait a couple extra minutes

I always prefer this Biggby over all the others. The staff are personable and friendly. The drinks always taste great, and if they don't, speak up and they'll make it right. We always love our evening chit chats at the drive thru! I don't go in much because of my special kiddo, but when I did, one of the baristas gave her their personal Xmas headband last year to try to cheer her up because she was nervous about being in a new space; it was the sweetest thing and so appreciated. Ps - they may say the brownies are gluten free….but they are the best packaged brownie I’ve ever had!!!

Sorry! Today was the first day that I've gotten less than amazing service, my daughter and I went inside and stood at the register for a few seconds, they were probably busy, but to not acknowledge or offer to take your order is unacceptable. We ended up going down the street to Starbucks because she REALLY wanted a hot chocolate. We will be back but only through the drive thru. ❤️❤️
