BIGGBY COFFEE

We all love Biggby but waiting in the drive thru for over ten minutes with no help no hello no nothing is insane especially with only a single car in front of me. Will just drive the extra miles to go elsewhere, rather than close to home…. Happy Holidays….

I stopped in yesterday afternoon to get a couple drinks. We go up to order and the girl who took our orders would not understand what we were telling her. We kept saying we wanted a 20oz build your own blast with raspberry, coconut and boba yet they kept asking us about other drinks. Finally they repeated back the order correctly to us and we moved up to the window. The girl at the window was not very nice and we ended up waiting for about 15 minutes before we got our two drinks despite anybody being in front of us. Once we got the drink, they forgot the boba in the one we kept repeating to them. They took it back after a bit of arguing just to get the boba we paid for. Once we got the drink they were terrible. They must’ve put regular water and syrup only in our biggby blast drinks. I’m very disappointed with this location and will not be going back. I will also never recommend this location to anybody based off of our service and our drinks that were terrible. Will be talking to management about our experience.

Honestly hate writing bad reviews, but as a barista myself and my significant other with me who has worked at a biggby, this was awful. The young girl made us feel like we were in the wrong repeatedly and we waited longer than usual, which may have been dealing with another car behind us, but didn’t help. Both of our drinks were awful (regular orders we get at multiple locations), we do try to give the benefit of the doubt but we can’t this time with our experience in the atmosphere. We will be reaching out to the manager.

I ordered Hot spicy cinnamon LATTE and received a hot tea. No cream for it to be LATTE. I ordered the mini ham/cheese pretzel sandwich. No cheese, covered with honey mustard, the ham could not stay on the bun, and the pretzel buns were hard. Not happy.

This is one of the best biggest ive been too always friendly and uplifting people to help you with your every need and a vet owns this one what an honor to help support someone that sacrificed so much do that we could still have our freedom and way of life so if you love coffee and vets co.e be a supporter at this one

Me and my mom go to biggby everyday and we saw a coupon on the menu for there birthday coupon for 3/18-3/26 and it’s 3/20 and they didn’t honor the coupon. and they kept telling us no but it’s on there screen everyday. And when we tried to address the situation they ignored us and just gave us our stuff. Bad customer service.

Not a place I normally stop, but I was looking for something different for breakfast. My ham and cheese bragel on Asiago was delish. Most of what I enjoyed tho, was the friendly attitudes of the young girls working there. Very nice place, I will be back!

My daughter loves their boba drinks! And the bragel breakfast sandwiches are amazing.

This lady at the drive thru was so wonderful to us today! She was sweet and courteous and had outstanding respect for all customers before and after me! The way I felt after leaving this specific bigby is how everyone should feel after leaving a customer service related business!! I love you guys keep up the great work!

As always, a wonderful place to get coffee even if not my usual place. This biggby was fast and friendly!

Vegetarian options: They really only have a few vegetarian dishes (less vegan) and most coffees can have their milk or dairy products swapped with oat or almond options

Dietary restrictions: They have a few different gluten and dairy free options along with dairy substitutes for drinks

Kid-friendliness: More of an ability to make hot drinks into a child safe temperature.
