Bronson Family Medicine - Helmer Rd.

Called while struggling with PPD asking for an appointment ASAP. They scheduled it for two days later and cancelled the morning of, with no follow up. I understand practices are busy, but I wish they acknowledged their patients are real people seeking help/care.

Malkuski is condescending and rude.

The worst communication they are all dead beats in there and don’t care if you was to live or die I waited 3 months for a appointment and they said I’m not able to be here because I’m 12 min late to a 745am appointment when I was in there it smell of depression and death no one was happy the lady was a pos to me like she hates her job I will never ever step foot in another Bronson hospital again they have roaches in there food and grease on their hospital beds I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible communication. If you feel like waiting weeks for medications you need then you can come here. If you actually need your medications I’d recommend finding somewhere else to go. I’ve had multiple issues over the last 6 months. Prescribed medications and then they don’t allow me to get the medication again even though I have back pain. You ask for a refill through their my chart website and it takes days or weeks to get back to you. I’ve tried calling to get things taken care of and I’m directed to the wrong area or they just hang up on me. I’ll never be going here again. Complete waste of time. You’ll just be left frustrated having to deal with these people.Update 1: I put in a request for my nerve pain medication so I can actually function in my day to day life and they denied it. I really hate this place. I really hope this place shuts down for malpractice or something. I’m pretty sure the inmates at the jail get better medical care than this place gives you.

I would recommend this location. My new-patient visit went exceedingly smoothly. Dr. Buck is very smart and thoughtful.

For the past 5 weeks I have been trying to get a prescription from this office. What Simone wanted me to try was $1300 out of pocket and not covered by insurance, I knew this, but she pushed for it anyway. Weeks and weeks of messages and phone calls. No one has called me back!!!This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. You took my money and my insurance, but don't want to provide the service you were paid for

Nurses were very attentive to my granddaughter and acted quickly to treat her illness.

Have had only positive experiences with Bronson Battle Creek doctors and staff.

Angela Newman is by far the best primary care I have had. She is patient, listens to your concerns and makes you aware of all options that are available to you for whatever concern that you may have.

If you have a chronic illness run far away. Angela Newman was the only thing this place had going for it. They are withholding an existing prescription because the doctor "does not write for Xanax ever" it was an existing script and is the babiest dose possible for my anxiety. Not only that I was not notified that my prescription was being withheld or told why when I did find out. I had to call patient relations to get anything done.

Sitting here now, waiting for doc in exam room. Apparently appointment was made during a celebration of sorts. Noisemakers, whoops and laughs and hollers. Sorry to be an inconvenience as I sit 22 minutes after the hour. Just realized their is a white noise machine in room with me (for privacy I assume). Party must be over? Not very professional imo. And not typical for here

I am a patient. My visit seemed to be more about mask wearing than actual patient care and service. my concern now is getting the simplest service, which is somebody, an actual human being, to answer the phone. Following the extremely long prompted script dosent seem to be the answer.

It's a great place

Been a patient here since they built the place. Angela Newman was great but since she left they just schedule you with whomever is available. The doctors I’ve had just basically act as data entry, and put into the computer what you’re telling them. Anything investigative/unclear what underlying problem is, they usually just refer you out to a specialist.Worst part is their respect for your time, usually for video visits you’re lucky if they are 10 min late. As well as in person just not being seen until 30 min after scheduled appt time. But if you’re even a couple min late they may cancel you’re appt and charge you for it.
