Every time I've been, including my last time, the service has been less than par and the fries always taste like they're really old and have been reheated repeatedly. This last time I went, I stood waiting for ny food for over 20 minutes. I was understanding the whole time until I realized (by hearing the employees talk) that as the food for my order was being made by one person, the drive thru worker was handing it out the window. Many customers came and went after myself and too many cars to count made it through the drive thru and I was left standing there.When I finally did get my order the first sandwich placed in the bag had been sitting in it for nearly the entire time and was cold, soggy and ruined by the time it made it to the person it was meant for. All around absolutely unsatisfied with every aspect of the whole ordeal. Only reason atmosphere got an extra star was because the other customers that came and went were really friendly and there was pretty decent conversation with them ??♀️

Honestly worst service and got home didn't even have the right order and the guy cones to window and says wait we forgot some stuff. Really bro forgot my whole damn order. The guy at the window was prolly eating my burger instead of giving it to me. Let me add buns were burnt and nuggets were over done

Only burger king in battle creek to. Now I don't since they hired an ex employee from McDonald's pennfield ERICA W. a heroin user who got fired leaving her used needles in the bathroom and in the cooking area. Got fired now works at this location. Kids don't need to eat there happy meals with a herion needle in there burgers. She stole money from McDonald's had the employees held for 3 hrs after work. Anyone who eats here or at McDonald's during before September 2023 sue em. Deb can't lie about Eric at McDonald's there's evidence

When I got my food the shake was like straight milk. They gave me the wrong food and the food was cold. The service was very slow and felt unwelcome. NEVER GO HERE!!

Ordered carryout using the website. Dining room was locked. Had to walk through the drive thru with my dog, waiting 20 minutes, only for them to tell me they didn’t have my order and ask me what website I used to place the order. They were incredibly slow at greeting, taking orders, and were not friendly at all. Horrible experience.

I’m here for my friend Ethan McCowan as he came there this morning and you guys just left as he came to order in the drive thru and you guys didn’t pick up for him to order and you guys just left after you took the guy in front of him’s order.
