Employee rang up order as three duos instead of two trios. Questioned it at the speaker before being told to pull forward. Questioned it again at the window and the man refused to correct their mistake. Cost us more money being rang up incorrectly and they refused to fix it twice! Food was served cold and poorly prepared to top it off. I will never use this location again. Terrible service!

I was out running errands with my kid when she started getting very hangry so I pulled into Burger King to get her a jr bacon cheeseburger plain and a value size onion ring. We waited 7 minutes in the drive-thru, got the food, and pulled away when my daughter melted down because they gave us the wrong order. How do you screw up two items with the only customer you have on the property.
