I should have known not to eat their because when you walk in the place it smells like human waste. I still proceed to the register then the polite young man that was taking my order it was right then I noticed that on his sweater was everything from dandruff, pet hair and a ton of human hair. It was too late the order was already placed. I paid for it then took it straight to the trash can. I'll never be back 1/12/2025

I came in this older black gentleman took my order. He was very rude. Very snotty had no manners at all. He was yelling at people made it a girl cry and I just don’t feel like he should be a manager. I really feel like he should be fired. He does not fit Work requirements to work in fast food. He was so disrespectful to me and the workers and I believe his name was James. I think that’s what the gentleman told me. I will never go back there because of that reason and my food was so disgusting. I had to go up there three times for them to remake my impossible sandwich.

One star isn’t worth it went there yesterday. The restaurant was closed four hours early. I ordered on the app so now I’ve been ripped off for my money from the order. This is the worst chain ever if you’re going to take peoples money you better make sure your store is open. This should be downright fraud and theft. Do not trust Burger King corporation one bit told I would receive an email within 24 hours. Haven’t received anything except for them keeping my money not happy very disappointed. This is not right it is stuff what you were doing. You are stealing.
Sat at drive up... no "be with you shortly" or response to my "is there anyone there"... nothing. No cars in lot at 6pm should had been an indicator. I drove up to window and she pointed to get me to go back in line at drive through. She finally came to window and "YELLED" at me to go back in line. I started to talk and she slammed window shut. Bad day? No help? Not sure... but the owners or managers need to reevaluate their training methods and staff. Second time with bad attitude and long wait times.

The burger king on Beckley road has a great interior the service is kind of slow but has been improving, my usual wait time was half that the last time I went there

Pre 2024 maybe late 23, BK (this one in particular) was my last resort like I just need a late night bite. Stuff would be sub-par to alright, sometimes messed up it's whatever, I just need a meal. This year tho they have turned a huge corner. At least a handful of people there care now and it shows. The night manger is on top of customer service and making sure food is better than this BK has ever served. Whoever has been there lately deserves a raise, first time in a decade I have felt good about getting BK instead of "Well it's some food for the evening."
