Stop in to get stuff 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the customer service and the drink and biscuit I ordered was great, but after today I'll never return, they can't hear at the drive thru, and then I went to the front window and they started working on the drive thru.... I'll stick with biggby far better drinks and much better customer service....

It’s an amazing coffee store and I think Battle Creek has been blessed with them. I love their coffee and the food is delicious, even though the sandwiches could be a bit bigger but that’s just my fat butt haha. The employees are surprisingly friendly and sweet. I will definitely be making this my go to place

I went to caribou coffee yesterday and the coffee is so fresh and not horribly priced. The customer service was great but I must say the girl who I assume was the manager seemed very frazzled and could hear a lot of negativity regarding my spilled shaker. I don't think talking in the manner in which she did is appropriate with the window open. Like I said it was my first time and an overall good experience just hope next time it won't be so chaotic.
