The Checkers at Store #3399 in Battle Creek didn't give us our 3 apple pies in drive-thru the other day. When my husband called the employee he spoke with was extremely rude: accused him of being a thief, told him to come back right away with his receipt (couldn't do that), then asked what he wanted Checkers to do about it. My husband went back there for lunch today: his name wasn't on the list for missing items so they wouldn't give him the 3 apple pies. Never again will we go to Checkers! The employees are hostile & don't care about their customers.

This location has been the best out of several locations at the crispyness of the fries and chicken! The burgers were juicy. The ladies were kind and didn’t rush me ordering. I loved the experience! Thank you!

It was the best ...I've always liked there food but it was better than ever...hope they keep it up super fresh and it looked like a pic! Taste was great too!

I ordered checkers after not having in for months and when I got my food through a delivery service, I knew my food was going to a little cold as sometimes it takes a minute but my fry’s were completely cold and it looked like they had just thrown in back down in the oil as the fry’s are dark in color already but it looks like it has gone down twice. I also Ordered a fully loaded fry and they always or usually put a fork in a bag with it which is fine but most of the time it doesn’t have a fork when you go to the actual restaurant. The sandwich I got from checkers the big Buford combo sandwich, the meat looks old and tasted old when I took a bit out of the burger it tasted dry and had a messy presentation when I opened the burger!

It wasn't very good at all . Asked for no pickles, so they just took the pickles off the sandwich . Like I wouldn't taste that the pickles were removed . Fries were old and soggy . It had been several years since I've been there...... I won't be back again that's for sure . Bla ...
