This is usually our go-to Chick-fil-A location. The staff are friendly and your wait for food is very minimal. The food quality tonight was a bit of a let down. The fries were missing salt, which is no biggie but the Deluxe Chicken sandwich we ordered was missing its tomato and had a couple small pieces of wilted lettuce and did not know until we made it home. Probably just an off-night but just wanted to share what happened since the app doesn't have a spot to leave feedback.

I pulled into the drive thru and order my food, and the person that ran my food out, Jesse, was absolutely amazing. He is a hilarious person and made me and my buddy die laughing. There needs to be more people like him.

☆☆☆☆☆! I had a frustrating situation happen today while trying to pickup food for a doordash delivery. I went to make a complaint about staff and was quite heated as Director Elijah Smith took me aside. I was being very brutish and at first I don't think we saw eye to eye, but Elijah took his time to thoroughly listen to my complaint about some frustrations with staff and delivery drivers. He was very attentative and patient, even with me being unfair to him, and that is quite rare in management nowadays. It sincerely humbled me that he was willing to give me his time and listen as he did. I definitely will be eating here more.

Messed up order 3 times, had to charge my card 3 times and still didn't get my order right. Wanted me to wait and pay for the fries they didn't ring up when I asked for a meal. Whole experience was long, wrong and they refused to make it right. Honestly the most insane experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant
