Being that the nearest Chick-fil-A is 40 miles from my home in, I could not indulge. I keep hearing good raves about your food. But, have never seen one in my travels. Thus, I have never been able to even have my first taste of what I hear is very delicious.

I was so impressed with the young people who work at this drive thru. One came to my car and took my order. He was as friendly as could be smiling the whole time. The next young lady cashier was the same way! Smiled, nice girl! Then the young man that brought my food out was nice and friendly also! Its rare to go through a drive thru and have such friendly young people every step of the way. I told the last guy that I was impressed with all of them and he said,”We Try”, with a big smile! Whoever does the hiring here must really be picky because they were all top notch and all neat, clean and presentable. I cant say the same for ANY of the other fast food places. Thank you all. I appreciate your kindness so much!

Got a few things through the app, and was surprised how fast my order was ready! It tasted great, and the staff was friendly!
They have 2 drive thru, one for prepaid on app,one for ordering with a person, that's is outside to make sure your order is correct the 1st time. Unique, but it works ! At lunch, dinner time there can be a long line, the way it's set up, it moves quicker than any other fast food line !The food is correct in the bag and is HOT! A big plus for me. Every worker has a smile and is polite and very professional.Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. EXCELLENT PLACE FOR A QUICK, DELICIOUS MEAL.Parking: Plenty of room, but at peak times, they could use some more space. They get really busy during peak lunch and dinner times.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible and could use a few more handicap spots.
Stopped here on our way to Chicago. As always, Chick-fil-A did not disappoint. We came at a time where there was little to no line. We were able to make our order, pull around, and got our food. They are very efficient in taking your order and always take care to make sure you got everything you ordered. I would visit this location again, service was excellent!

It's ok the one in Kalamazoo the food is fresher and put together better.Had to many bad orders from BC location in short time it's been open.Soggy fries, messed up orders, wrap had more lettuce n wrap than chickenFeb 2024Just went to Chick fila battle creek fries not even full at all, chick wrap one half super small than the other not a lot of meat more veggies than anything tried to add pictures but not able to
