This is was the worst place I've ever been at. We sat there for an hour as everybody else put in their order and they all got their food. But we don't.??????????????????????????????

First visit and I don’t like leaving a negative review but, you really need to step up and work together. When we entered 2 waitresses just standing behind the counter and didn’t make an effort to clean any of the tables that didn’t have customers. We sat at a small table that didn’t have any dirty dishes but was never wiped off. One waitress comes over and was going to set the menus on the dirty table?. Took her another 5 minutes (I timed it) to get a dishcloth to wipe the table. Finally, another young man came over to take our order. In the meantime a man came in that was apparently the “owner” and sat at the counter. He turned and said hello and was very friendly. He asked if we had been there before and I told him no, just goggled breakfast restaurants in BC and came across this one…we try to stay away from chain restaurants. Apparently, he had an appointment and quickly ate and left. Our food finally came out (25 minutes)…..my over medium eggs had slimy whites and most of the American fries were so burnt I couldn’t eat them, my husbands eggs were supposed to be over easy and they were over hard. I asked the young man that took our order if the waitresses were new and he replied that just about everyone was except him was new and I think that included the cook. I think this could be a nice place to eat at with an old time diner feeling but, they really need a little more supervision when there are new staff in training. When I gave the young man my credit card to pay he asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes.,,,guess what he never gave me my receipt and just walked away and started to talk to the cook or maybe he was trying to help the cook…..the two girls didn’t know how to use the credit card machine. One other thing that didn’t affect us was the phone rang several times and not one time did either waitress answer it…..maybe not their job? We may give it another try but, don’t count on it! Makes me SAD!

Regular customer of this delightful dive. We love their breakfast and their sloppy joes. We enjoy the people who work here. They are friendly and happy to see us (most of the time lol).
Ray Leonard is a popular stop for him every morning for 3 maybe 4 years, Ray had been sick for about a month or so and they all went to see him then we stopped in there on Sunday after church and when he walked in he was welcome with warm huggie greeting. The food was good and the service was the best (Mahayla) and the atmosphere is welcoming and you will definitely come again.

The food has no flavor. The burger has no seasoning. They use a nice bun. The fries are horrible. I asked for crispy. They were not even hot. Also asked for a medium burger. It was well done and dry. It's a place for old people on a no sodium diet. Will not return.
